I didn't get to use much of this first box. When I opened it, the bag had burst inside and it was like a bomb went off in my kitchen, a coconut one. Coconut flew everywhere. What a mess. With that said, customer service was great, refunded my money and I was able to salvage enough to make a small batch of macaroons, that were wonderful. Will buy again. Keep in mind, it is ground so fine you will need to order more than you think to make recipes.
