Regal Minced Garlic - 5 lb. - 4/Case

Product arrived opened with the safety seal missing. Garlic powder coated everything else in the shipping box. A replacement was sent and arrived undamaged. Words of advice, when your package arrives, video document yourself opening it for evidence. Product itself is good and a bargain.

I think my order came from a batch that was ground just a little too much. It is granular but closer to a powder.

Smell real garlic no mix or additives which is a good part of it. Can blend easily in dishes especially in stews and sauces a food processing.

when you want to easily add a punch of garlicky flavor, this granulated garlic is just the right thing. it's really affordable and the flavor is great. i like this smaller size so i can ensure it stays fresh.

The regal granulated Garlic is a wonderful product. there are endless possibilities as to what you can add this spice to. And the 5 lb container is perfect. you can get so many uses with the large container and it is used very often.

This garlic powder is finely ground and very aromatic. It blends easily into sauces, marinades, and dressings without clumping. Bulk size lasts a long time and offers great value.

flavor is strong. If you will not use all of this within 60 days, I suggest getting the smaller size. Garlic will stick together & clump with any moisture in the air. Make sure to keep the lid on tightly.

not a good product, it came in a dark color and coarse and have a strong smell to it. I took a picture of the product from previous order and from this one and you can compare to see what I am talking about.

Great seasoning just didn't hold up to the heat on my food truck. Got to hot for the container and it dried it out. But I was still able to use it for my dishes in my house!
