I have made multiple purchases of this product which reconstitutes well for broths, eggs, and whatever else you can think of. My last purchase was a dud however because the product was ground down to a sawdust-sized mixture. Sadly it tasted like floor sweepings it that form.

Easy to rehydrate or use as is with soups flavor seems to be a little bit stronger than that of fresh and denser even after hydrated good flavor though
