it was pretty good but it won't replace actual jerk sauce made from scratch. It will give some island flavors which is a good plus.

This is a poor substitute for a jerk seasoning cayenne peppers? Come on you need the flavor of Scotch Bonnet or Habanero for there fruit and flavor..

This is a very good mix of spicy without being over the top hot. I would considerate it a medium heat with some very good flavor.

Actually I bought this seasoning to use with chicken wings but when I tried with beef I got a very good result as I used it for beef which I cooked on skillet and it was very tasty

This is a fun blend of spices! It goes especially well on chicken with a side of rice and of Caribbean papaya chutney. It's not too spicy so some guests add a little extra hot red pepper and some like it just the way it is.

This product is very flavorful. The blend is very intricate and true to the flavor of a jerk seasoning. This season blend is not to salty.
