Very good robust flavor. Use it on many of our menu items; including steaks, burgers and ribs.

This is a very good Montreal or Canadian seasoning. It isn't overly salty, although it has plenty of salt in it as you would expect from something originally used for pickling. It has a mild heat that is ideal in my opinion, since you can always add more red pepper if you want it medium or hot. I did a short 4 hour rest after seasoning strip steaks and the flavor came through well, although I plan to go longer when possible. This product is not as coarse as some brands, which I think will make it good for use on chicken as well.

This is a very tasty and delicious seasoning. I literally put it on everything. I used it on red roasted potatoes and it was absolutely delicious. I will be purchasing it again in the near future.

The tyme and dill gives it a great taste prefer it on pork as a rub because unlike other pre-blendid seasoning this is not as salty making it a great pair for pork which can be a little salty naturaly
