With this cleaner cartridge, your unit's cleaning cycle uses only the necessary chemicals. Compared to Rational tabs, this cartridge uses approximately 80% less packaging by volume, taking up less space in small kitchens. It also reduces plastic waste by up to 50%.
This cartridge works with your unit and allows you to schedule cleaning according to your weekly schedule. The cartridge has a solid cleaning agent integrated into the cooking system, meaning the cleaner agents don't have to be dosed for every cleaning process. This design increases work safety, saves time, and guarantees HACCP hygiene safety. Automated cleaning also saves maintenance checks and costs, and it increases fail-safety to secure ongoing operations.
