Since this unit features 4 open top burners with an oven as the base, you can fry and simmer on top while eliminating wasted space by using the oven below for your baking and warming needs. Plus, its compact size means it won't take up too much floor space!
Each of the 4 burners deliver 28,000 BTU of heating power, and thanks to the lift-off heads, cleaning and maintenance is a simple process. Plus, the 12" x 12" cast top grates with aeration bowls allow easy access to the burners while supporting your largest stock pots and frying pans. For your baking and warming needs, this range has a space-saving oven that boasts a temperature range of 250-500 degrees Fahrenheit and delivers 30,000 BTU each for maximum efficiency. It comes with one oven rack and it includes four rack positions to best suit your requirements. With separate controls, the oven may be used by itself or in conjunction with the range top. The oven's bottom and door liner is porcelainized for easy cleanup.
This unit's stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and lift-off high shelf ensure long-lasting use in your commercial kitchen, while its 6" stainless steel adjustable legs offer safe, stable use on nearly any floor. This oven's compression spring door hinge system allows for a smooth open and close and promotes long-lasting functionality. A liquid propane connection is required for operation, and this unit includes a 3/4" rear gas connection and a gas pressure regulator.
