The oil is good, but I keep having issues with the shipping. I’ve been spending over $1,000 a month on oil, and for some reason, the company can’t seem to get the order right or deliver it on time. I understand how businesses work, but I also understand what is expected by the consumer. If something doesn’t arrive on time, is damaged, or isn’t correct, the company doesn’t seem interested in truly fixing the issue—they just want to send a replacement. But the reality of running a business is that you order what you need when you need it—not a week later. With that said, I think your company needs to step up in making things right for the customer—especially for someone spending tens of thousands of dollars a year.
