Keep dough from sticking to platens and grills with this Proluxe RELEZE4 24 oz. non-stick surface coating for aluminum platens and grills. This surface coating is designed for use on aluminum platens and grills to instantly create a non-stick, easy-to-clean surface. It's safe for high temperatures and can be used on tortilla warmers or even polished aluminum clamshell grills. It's also odorless so as not to affect the flavor of grilled foods and is sure to save you time cleaning grill surfaces.
To use this coating, turn your machine off and wait for it to cool. Then, apply a thin layer of RELEZE over the entire surface of the platens with a clean cloth. This coating is gluten-free and non-GMO, and it is not intended for use on Teflon® coatings.
