Plus, integrated EvenHeat distribution technology means the surface of tortillas will be cooked evenly without burnt or crispy spots.
This unit's adjustable temperature control reaches temperatures of up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, so you can adjust the heat to meet your demand. Because it's designed for high production, this grill can grill over 200 tortillas each hour, allowing you to maximize your kitchen's output and always have perfectly warmed tortillas on hand to create burritos, tacos, and wraps. This unit requires a 208V electrical connection for operation.
