We've loved using this Maple Spice syrup for one of our fall latte specials. It's a little bit light (we use a tad more than some other syrups) but gives a really nice touch of maple flavor without being overpowering. We add a few dashes of cinnamon to each cup before pouring the latte which takes it up a notch, and has been a very popular drink! We'll definitely use it again next year!

This syrup is delicious. Many syrups tend to have a fake flavor, especially with maple, but this one did not. In addition to drinks, it also works well to flavor batters.
