Great addition to our bar! Monin plastic pumps fit perfect on the glass bottle. Great to add to Gin and Tonics, but can be overpowering if you add too much.

I haven't quite found a drink to use this with however I do believe there's one out there. It has a hint of grape to me.

I love these syrups for crafting teas for our coffee business. They are unique and great quality. The price is on par with low quality products but these are very good!

Delicious syrup, makes great flavoring and coloring for cake frosting and other pastries. Also great in cocktails and customized lemonades or various other drink recipe variations.

Not one of the best flavors from Monin, it is like a light artificial grapeish flavor. However I did find a use for it that I am really happy with. I use to mainly to add color to some of the teas.

I usually love most Monin syrups, but this one left my baristas and I feeling "meh." We had wanted to use it to flavor lemonades, but the only major flavor we could get from it was a grapey "purple." There was no real delicate violet flavor there.

A very powerful flavored syrup that can overpower the beverage so be careful on how much you add. A nice violet flavor and great coloring.

All that is needed is one pump. It is slightly strong, but it is still easily one of my favorite flavoring syrups that Monin offers.

Exotic and sugary sweet flavor. This particular flavor is GREAT in lemonade, sodas and for baking. The color is beautiful and looks enticing when used on a floral cupcake.

This tastes what violets would taste like if made into candy, I'm guessing. The smell is very nice, a bit floral. The purple color adds to the fun.
