Most chocolate flavoring sauces you find are much smaller than half a gallon. This size lasts a good while, which is nice when used with smaller bottles as a refill. The gourmet name lives up to the hype, as customers enjoy the rich flavor of it over hersey's or other store options.

We purchased the DaVinci gormet 1/2 gallon chocolate sauce to use for our coffee drinks in our ice cream shop. Our customers have raved about how rich the chocolate flavor is. It is thick and goes a long way as well!

The sauce tastes good if you get a good batch. Ours over the years have had several inconsistent batches with air bubbles and sour taste.

Davinici in my opinion makes the best chocolate sauce. I have bought the Ghirardelli and some other name brands to try but I always go back to DaVinci.

This chocolate sauce from, DaVinci, is creamy, but not super sweet, as other chocolate sauces., we use it for hot chocolate, mochas, and as a topping for gelato and drinks.

It doesn't have the best flavor I've tried and it tastes more like dark chocolate than regular chocolate. It works great for putting into squeeze bottles and decorated cups though.
