The Quilon coating on this parchment paper is designed to prevent sticking, which is particularly useful when baking items like rolls, buns, or pastries. The non-stick surface ensures that food releases easily after baking, reducing the risk of tearing or having baked goods stick to the pan.

Apparently another user had a similar experience based on the reviews. This parchment paper sticks to sourdough like superglue. Unfortunately I can’t use this for half of my production needs and will need to find another parchment for my loaf pans.

We use these in our MerryChef oven to toast our sandwiches. They work as intended, but get crispier than other brands after being toasted. We wrap the sandwiches after topping them. This paper seems a little thinner than other brands, so it ends up cracking during the fold. I would like if they were a little more durable, but the price point keeps me purchasing them.

The brand I had before was Baker's Mark and worked wonderfully - this paper had my cookies sticking to the paper - flattened them out - it was horrible and I have a whole box of it now. Tried some with silicon coating and they worked perfectly - definitely get what you pay for when it comes to parchment paper.

These are perfect for our display trays for donuts. They are durable and easy to take out of the box when in a hurry. We will continue to order these!

Well worth paying the extra foe these versus the quilon coated ones. Everything slides right off and they can be used multiple times.

These parchment sheets are such a time saver! They fit perfectly on the bottom of a half sheet pan. The quality and price are very good.

I have been using quilon coated parchment sheets for years to bake sourdough. I ran out and restocked with this and it was a DISASTER. Every single boule stuck firmly to the parchment paper, destroying all my loaves. I am so upset! I Do NOT recommend!!!

I use parchment to line proofing boards with bagels. I typically slide the bagels and the paper into the water bath when I boil the bagels, then fish it out after a few seconds once they release from the paper. Saves a lot of time by avoiding scrubbing out a corn meal sludge from the tilt skillet at the end of the process. This paper disintegrates within seconds. The last box I bought was Baker's Mark and not Bakers Lane. That paper held up, and I could easily pull out a full sheet of paper and not lots of small torn bits. So, for my use, this paper doesn't hold up. Now I need to figure out what to do with 975 sheets...

Great parchment paper for our baked goods. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size , next time I will get a bigger size. Precut parchment paper is so easy to bring out and put our goodies on .

I save so much time using these precut parchment sheets and I am sure I am wasting less because they fit my pans, without having the cut them. I am enjoying having them in my shop.

I love these things. Takes about 4 years to clear a box of 1000 of them. I had just folded them for half sheets and this time around I think I will custom make a cardboard box and set it on top of a full one and cut one whole box in half. I got 5 boxes which I think should last me 20 years.... Use the for every thing. You know when a person uses prachment paper is when their sheet pans have black edges and pretty clean bottoms! This help keep foot waste out of the dishwasher and makes clean up easy from everything from breads to bacon grease.

These are a bargain and perfect to use for general purpose things in the kitchen. Great for baking mainly, like cakes and cookies. The performance lacks at anything over 400F or for savory items with long roasting times.

We use these for all our baking needs. Great way to get an even bake with a non stick no mess pan. You can get a couple of uses out of them if you are doing the same application.

I was looking forward to using this parchment paper on the sheets I bake bread on. Turns out, this parchment paper sticks to anything. I lost 42 loaves of bread and 4 dozen bagels because the parchment paper was stuck to the bread. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you’re using it for fire stater. It also caught on fire in the oven, so I know it would make a great starter!

this parchment paper is for a full sheet pan. This makes our lives so much easier as it's precut and always ready and have them on hand

Standard to use in the bakery

No complaints! We use these sheets to make chocolate chips, the chocolate is easy to remove from the paper when they've hardened.

While I do not use these in a traditional over I do use these as a liner for sandwiches that we put through an impinger. Its an alternative to toaster sheets and an amazing savings. These have fit the bill perfectly and there is no sticking. I have purchased these numerous times and will continue to do so. They are a great product

As a confectionary shop dealing with sugars and chocolates, we use a lot of parchment paper. Was tired of having to cut down our sheets / rolls into 1/4 size, so purchased this Baker's Lane 1/4 size pack. It was apparent when compared to other parchment paper that this was not going to be as "non-stick" as others. But was willing to give it a try. The other paper I used is slick and feels like it has a coating. This parchment paper... Well, just feels like paper. I went ahead and used it. Sure enough it's not very "non-stick". Perfect size for grabbing treats out the pastry case. Easy pull from the box and the 1000 count should last a long time. Not big enough to wrap anything up though

These are great size sheets and fits perfectly for the baking needs. At times I use them to lay out the extras on counter.

Baked these mini puff at 400F for 15 mins .liners are Not grease proof,and leak more fat compare to regular store bought parchment paper. Very disappointed

I lost half my products on my first bake due to my bagels sticking to these parchment papers! So heartbreaking and sad. Will never purchase these again.

I use these for everything! They are a lifesaver in the kitchen. Most things don't stick at all, but occasionally things on the sweeter side or things in the oven for a long time will stick, but that's rarely an issue. I always keep these in my kitchen!
