After reading mixed reviews on these I decided to still purchase. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT buy these if you are baking bread. These stick to the bread so bad that they rip and leave a layer on the bottom of my bread. It has ruined so many loaves. Even when I try to put some oil it still sticks. Not to mention the box was delivered by itself, not wrapped in a shipping box so it was filthy and ripped. This is an item for the kitchen and needs to be handled as such. I can’t put a dirty box next to my food. And I can’t use the outer layers that weee exposed due to the box ripping. Will not be purchasing again.

Super disappointed in the packaging of this product. Sheets of parchment came shrink-wrapped on a piece of cardboard, not factory sealed for sure. No storage box, definitely not sanitary, and once opened will be all over the place.

I haven’t been able to use the product as the 1st box came open with the sheets being exposed to who knows what during shipping, I didn’t feel it was safe to use. I just received a replacement shipment and the sheets are loose in a giant box that was mangled upon delivery. The 1st shipment was in the factory box at least but neither set is useable.

Terrible! This parchment is NOT coated and my products stick to it, and now I'm stuck with 1000 sheets of it. Waste of money!

I used this parchment paper to line my bun trays with and it stuck to the top of my dough when pulling it off. It ruined $ worth of product, not including the time and ingredients that were also lost. Complete failure. I am not sure why it failed, but I learned my lesson about switching to a new product without testing it first. The paper almost comes across as uncoated - maybe I got a bad batch? Proceed with caution if you do attempt to use this product.

We've been buying this parchment paper for a while and I'm not sure if this recent purchase is a bad batch or what it is. Any and every product we bake, sticks to the paper and I see that others are having the same problem. We still have about 4 cases left that I'm afraid to use because is more of a hassle to try to pry the product of the paper damaging it.

I can’t use this parchment paper for baking in direct contact with food. I’ve tried with several products and they all stuck to the paper. I’ve been using unbleached parchment paper from other brands for years and never had this problem. Will not buy again.

This is another Baker's Lane product that promises to be parchment paper when it's really just paper. It works for some products but anything that carmelizes a little bit just sticks to the paper. It arrived pretty messed up too, the whole box was crushed and all of the papers folded. I don't recommend Baker's Lane products.

DO NOT BUY THIS! I have had to tear my bread off of this parchment, or better said, tear this parchment off of my bread, and then cut off what's still there! I had to put a full coating of different corn meal grinds, seriously, FULL COATING of finally TWO different corn meal grinds so that this parchment was, did I say FULL COATING? and then finally I could scrape the bread off from the bloody stuff, and it still was bad (thats PG for you). Save yourself! Its awful. God I wish I had taken a photo. If I can add one later, I will. I'll even sacrifice some more bread to show you. SERIOUSLY? Now I have to give it one star so that I can submit, warn you.

Not good at all! Our sourdough stuck to the paper ruining a huge batch. Brownies stick. It is a mess.

I use these to make ground beef jerky that I roll out. Nothing sticks and all the grease is caught by the sheets. I love that these are made with Quilon. We are extremely cautious about what we cook with and store our food in. This is the safest product that I have found so far to meet my baking needs. If I were baking bread or something of that nature, I would just cut off the bottom thin layer that is sticking. It's a small waste for the peace of mind that I am using something that won't contribute to health issues.

We use this paper so much! For lining sheet pans, in between broken baked goods, & wrapping bread. Makes things so much easier and cleaner.

I tried to use these sheets when baking bread. I placed the dough on top of the sheet and placed the dough into a dutch oven. After baking, I took the bread out and the paper was stuck to the bottom of the bread loaf. I repeated this several times, making sure that I immediately put the dough in the oven, but the result was the same.....paper stuck to the bottom of the bread loaf. I also tried using these sheets in the toaster oven/air fryer and the paper stuck to the food. I do not recommend this product for baking.

Good parchment paper, could be a little bit thicker but the ease of the sheets is great.

I have never had anything stick to parchment, I just used these today for my cooking classes, everything stuck to the paper. I wish I knew these didn't work when I ordered them.

For standard temperature baking these are good. But, at high temperatures it burns and crumbles, and sticks extremely bad. I have had to trash product because the parchment was stuck to the bottom. I will not purchase these again.

no longer using bleached white parchment liners as this natural stuff works great and not leaching as many yuckies into hot food. easy pre-cut sheets

These are so useful to have in your home. Line any pan no matter if your roasting meat or baking cookies, it makes clean up a true breeze. And being already precut makes it even better.

I like these not only because they are unbleached, but because they are sturdier than the cheaper options, which tend to scorch and tear easily.

These unbleached parchment paper sheets not only give a peace of mind but also a great non stick surface for baking. I like to order the full size and then cut them in half for use in the half size sheet trays.

These are honestly not my favorite. I always purchase the bleached version so I am not sure if it is just unbleached that is giving me trouble. Even cookies that are greasy seem to stick.

This parchment paper is my all time favorite, I will never buy anywhere else. We go through a lot of it with our bakery and it even looks great on the bakery plates where we display our bread. Can be used for multiple dozens of cookies and they fit a traditional sized baking tray.

Perfect for my TurboChef Oven. I use these on my food trailer for Quesadillas and they work great. I cut them in half, they don't burn up break apart like many others have.

Thai is a great option into white parchment sheets. The papers are great but it is not shipped very good and often comes damaged to our location.

These are great for croissants, because of their high butter content, but not so great for leaner baked goods. I have had problems with things sticking to the parchment, which I had never even heard of before. I do appreciate that they are eco friendly though.

Honestly I think th white parchment paper is a bit better at releasing when you need it to but I still like the fact that these rent bleached, on the whole I would buy them again

Purchased these because we use parchment all the time for baking and roasting. Used them for the first time today and our chicken wings and our cookies stuck to the parchment. Probably continue to use a silicon-based coated product. I was not a fan of this one.

I plan to use these parchment paper sheets as a part of my chocolate making process and as pastry bags. I opted to use parchment because I'll be able to save the chocolate from the bag after I use it. They're perfect for those reasons. My main problem is that the color is more "olive-y" than the tan that is pictured. In terms of function, it makes no difference. However, I planned to use them in promotional photos, and I don't know how much I'm going to like the photos. My other issue is the way it was shipped. I like that they were shipped flat and not rolled, but the packaging makes storage a little challenging.

These come in a great size for putting on a cookie sheet to bake, freeze, or set at room temperature any sweet treat you're making. It helps to minimize clean up and you don't have to worry about tearing off the right size and getting a jagged edge - you can just grab a sheet and go for it.

I haven't experienced the sticky problems noted in other reviews (yet), but I did want to say that they are slightly larger than my other parchment papers so they didn't quite fit in the same storage box, but we sorted it out.

I just reordered a bigger batch of these. I couldn’t live in my kitchen without the . Surprisingly, my chef husband uses them, and admits what a time save they are in clean up. Highly recommended. I also cut them for the bottoms of cake pans...a lifesaver. They are a must for any pans you put in the oven.

Worst paper i have ever used! Made coconut macaroons and they all stuck! Thought if was a fluke so i tried Parmesan crisps......as much oil in that cheese mixture and they all stuck to!! Buy something else....these are horrible. I also bought the 1/2 size....maybe i can use it for wrapping paper......

Incredible price on this new stick parchment paper. Of course you can use this for cookies or bars of any kind. It is reusable Unlike some of the lesser quality ones which you can only use once or twice I’m able to use this until I’m done cooking very large quantities of baked goods. I also use this for pizza! It catches any overflow or burnt on cheese and makes clean up a breeze. Saves you so much time from scrubbing pans! Also great for just a quick release paper when you are dipping chocolate you can leave them out on this and nothing sticks,So no wasted chocolate on the pan or going down your sink!

This is a wonderful thing to have if you bake often - I use on a weekly basis, and especially love the easy cleanup. Highly recommend for the convenience. Fits a half size bun pan perfectly

These shipped in two 50 packs just wrapped on top of a large piece of cardboard (not sure what I was expecting) but that worked for me. These fit the half size baking pan I got perfectly and helps save time not having to tear/cut parchment paper down to size.

These are great and can be used for multiple purposes. I use them to line pans but I also line my donut boxers before I put the donuts in. This prevents greasy spots on the outside of the box. I use the brown paper for my donuts and as loaf cake liners which makes my pans last much longer.

This was my first purchase of precut parchment paper. I tried my first sheet recently in roasting vegetables. It was up to the task, nothing special. There’s no denying the attractive price, which amounts to less than a nickel per sheet. Where the product could stand some improvement is in the packaging. My 100 sheets came shrunk wrapped to a single piece of cardboard, probably cheap for the manufacturer but awkward and inconvenient for consumers. For a few dollars more per 100 sheets, competitors typically sell such quantities in resealable boxes, which allows for easy storage and paper handling. Having pierced the plastic wrap on my package to get at a single sheet, I’m now at loss as to how I can keep the remaining 99 in shape and altogether. 5 stars for the price, 2 for the packaging, 3 overall.
