Reviews for EcoChoice 8 oz. Tall Translucent Compostable Paper Hot Cup Lid - 50/Pack

These lids might be good for the right size cup but they were recommended in my cart by Webstaurant under the "You May Also Need." for my 12oz coffee cups and they DO NOT FIT 12oz cups so why were they recommended?

They did not fit the choice 8 oz cup a waste of time and money

They do fit the 12oz cup they were recommended for but only after some finagling. Most of our customers who are elderly can't put them on themselves, or knock the cup of coffee over trying to make it fit.

These are THE best lids for the double wall 10 oz cups we use! I searched for months to find a lid to fit. They snap on perfectly! I order these for our church and we have not had one spill due to the lid coming off. Thanks Webstaurant!

Lids are good. They came in on time and boxes were not smashed.

Lids for days!! Great for the coffee cups hot drink. Sipping is mostly welcoming. Definitely not gulping. I know I always feel better with the lid on especially when driving around.

We love that these are environmental friendly and the color looks great as well. We launched a "Recycle, reduce and reuse" campaign in our shop and these are a great addition to it.

These are the best lids, they fit snugly but not impossible to get on, and they're corn plastic so they're better for the environment too!

They serve their main purpose of fitting the cups we ordered and being an eco-friendly choice. One of our goals for this tech conference was to be more eco-friendly. I just wish you could buy cups and lids in the same quantity, it's just like the hot dog bun and hot dogs issue.

Solid build for an eco friendly product. Great tint to it. These are better than the regular white ones which have a bad after taste with the coffee sometimes.

They fit the cups for them perfect fine. They white was basic and worked fine. Prefer black but black was not an option at the time.

It’s great that these lids can fit my smaller cups from 8oz to my bigger cups 16oz. Save money from having to buy in multiple sizes for all my coffee cups

Wow. I mean WOW. Not only does it keep things from spilling, but it also composts rather than sitting in a dump for hundreds of years. You can't lose here.

The plastic on these are so thin and these get broken very easily. We actually returned these due to many of these being broken or stuck together to where they broke taking them apart.

These compostable hot lids are incredible. They fit perfectly, they pop on with ease and stay secure. Not to mention they look very sleek and have a nice, velvety feel to them.

This lid is an okay lid. It does the job, but it's not the best quality. The other day I had coffee that was hotter than usual and it actually melted the lid. Okay for a break room or something.

These fit the EcoChoice 12 oz cups very securley. Overall very pleased and would definitely order again. Love that it is more sustainable than regular plastic. lids.

These hot lids fit on tightly, and can be a little difficult to get to fit, but they do stay on once you have them secure!

Good product for the price. We use them with the ecochoice leaf print cups. They secure tight to the 12 oz and 16oz cups we carry. the color is more off white/cream tint than what the picture shows.

I was worried that these would be the kind of cups that crack if you squeeze them too hard but, THEY WEREN'T! Yay! They were perfect!

Great product highly recommend. Compostable and safe for our environment. Only issue is it is a little hard to fit onto the cup, but very secure once you get it on

Beautiful product! I don't like drinking coffee from plastic lids, but from this one I don't mind at all. This lid is sturdy, creates a tight seal, leak proof and does not affect the taste of the beverage. These along with the Kraft Compostable and Biodegradable Paper Hot cups are our new and only alternative for ceramic cups.

We love, love, love these compostable lids. Typically we have no issue, although the last order I placed for these as a back up (ordered three weeks ago) we are now breaking into and they are not the right size for my 12oz Eco-Choice Cups. Super bummed but luckily we have enough time to re-order before we are out.

This hot cup lid is perfect at fitting on to the cups that it goes with. that's a huge issue on many cup lid combos, which can pop off any time.

These hot cup lids works perfectly with out hot cups and we have never had an incident of a lid slipping. They are easy to use and the seal is tight. They store well in the pre-packaged sleeves as well.

Nice eco-friendly compostable lids. Fit our cups well. Can bend a little if pressed or exposed to heat, so store carefully. Otherwise they work well and look good on white and natural cups.

We host monthly appreciation events (lunches, breakfasts, etc.) for a staff of about 140 at our high school. We also stock a coffee/tea/cocoa 'beverage bar' in the staff lounge ongoing through out the year. We have been focused on providing compostable products and are excited to offer lids this year. This allows the staff to easily take their coffee/tea/beverage back to their classroom without worrying about spilling (although some staff already have reusable go-cups, they don't always have them with them when they stop by our breakfast or staff lounge. These have been well received and are a great product at a great price!

These lids go perfectly with our hot cups. I like that they don't have the indent bubbles on them and are more simple on the top. There is room to write people's name on them.

Bought and used for our wedding last weekend. The lids were sturdy and secure and did not shoot hot coffee up into your face like some lids do!

We got these to go with the insulated cups that we have. There were a few that arrived broken, but those that were not were great and just what we needed. We also like that these are compostsble.

These are great lids, however, aside from being a little rough (no cuts yet, but it feels like a rare possibility) at least five tops per plastic (o.0) wrapped pack is cracked an unusable. Kind of a bummer, but not a deal breaker because I'd rather lose $.25 than use regular plastic! Our children and grandchildren will appreciate it.

I like the lids not only for the biodegradable material is made from. I like the steam hole being far enough away not to burn my nose and the slit big enough not to burn my tounge.

We love these lids! They fit on the cups perfectly. We have had no issue with customers spilling. Also the light color allows you to right directly on the lid which is not possible with the cups because they do not have a flat surface.

These lids really suit our purpose. We are a small eco-friendly bookstore-coffeeshop that is truinf to save the world, and save a few dollars, too.
