We bought this several years ago for portioning out our candies. When it became uneconomical to continue buying 1.5 oz. portion packet salad dressing, we brought out this Compostable clear souffle cups and started filling them with bulk dressing. Our patrons love them and have not complained. It's the clarity of the container they love most.

We have purchased these portion cups for our nutrition club and love them. They are the perfect fit for our product and the cover fits perfeft. We've never had a problem with them leaking.

These little cups are great for putting out samples (the Farmers market I vend at requires that samples be separated and covered). They're also great for condiments and servings of extra icing for treats. The lids you can order to go with these fit nice and snug.

This cup is used daily in our shop. We use it as a kiddie scoop serving size for ice cream. Parents are appreciative of the smaller size option. Children love that they can hold this cup and show off their independence in carrying the serving to the table on their own. It's a great product!

Nice to-go containers for homemade dressings and sauces. Stack well which helps with portioning and storing. The clear look is better than frosted, gives a cleaner view of the sauce.

First time purchasing this Green-ware brand and I was pleasantly surprised on how sturdy this little cups were. They didn’t give upon any weight.... especially when snapping the lids on.

I was excited to have a compostable option for our to-go sauces & dressings. At first I wasn't sure if it was the cup or the lid that was the problem. Despite being the same brand, the lids will not fit on these 2 oz cups. However, the lids snap on perfectly on the Choice brand of 2oz soufflé cups. We also had issues with the cups warping/melting when they get packaged along with hot to-food - i.e. ketchup in a box of french fries. It is a challenge to source "eco friendly" packaging options that can accommodate our restaurant's needs while also not breaking the bank. We'll have to stick with the plastic for now.

These are good not great ramekins. On occasion, I have noticed quality issues. Issues such as cracked cups and/or lips straight out of the case.

Ideal for applesauce, peanut butter, hummus or any kind of think dipping sauce/butter. Fits perfectly in Fabri-Kal snack containers and lids keep contents secure. Avoid thin liquids (like oil-&-vinegar dressings) unless also using the lids (sold separately).

This is a comparison between the Choice brand and the Fabri-Kal 4 oz plastic portion cups. I ordered the Choice brand in the past (https://www.webstaurantstore.com/choice-4-oz-clear-plastic-souffle-cup-portion-cup-pack/999P400C.html) and this time the Fabri-Kal Greenware were cheaper to ship, so i tried them. I still had a few of the Choice ones left, so was able to compare. (No pictures, sorry!) First of all, both are sturdy enough for the job, get a strong enough seal when closed with the matching lid, and allow you to see the contents. The Greenware ones definitely are the most environmentally friendly. They are compostable, in addition to being recyclable, and from plant-based sources. The Choice brand are just plain recyclable. The Greenware are a shinier more clear plastic. It feels like a slightly thinner wall than the Choice and a bit more brittle, but that did not affect their sturdiness at all. I like not having to use plastic, and these compostable ones aren't even that much of a price difference than regular plastic ramekins. They work the same.

These portion cups are great! It is huge plus that they are eco friendly and they are the perfect serving size for our cream cheese frosting!

The fact that this item a compostable product means a lot. The size is perfect for small portions. The lid fits well with no leaks.

These little cups hold up well to most any use. They come apart easy and the lids fit tight without having to squeeze them too tight.

This soufflé cups fit perfectly with GXL345PC lid. We used them for small banana puddings are they were great ! They certainly feel big even though it only has 4 ounces.

These were great for serving sauces or little bites. Plastic is pretty sturdy and since it's clear, it's neutral enough to go with any decor

Pay attention to the temperature tolerance. Anything above 104 degrees and these will melt!! Otherwise the portion cups work great for their intended purpose and they fit perfectly in 24 oz. 8’’x5 1/4’’ x 1 1/2’’ take out containers. However, they were so badly packed that the package opened in the shipping box and half the containers were strewn about. Many cups were crushed by other items in the box or collected dust and specks of packing material making them no longer food safe or usable. Only half the cups I received can be used.

for the cost the quality is right up there with the others I used to get from my marketplace. I will be re ordering them in the future

Great product. Perfectly clear and proving to be durable. Great portion size for sampling. The best part is they are sustainably made from non-corn based plants and they are biodegradable!

I love these cups! I use them in a paint and party studio for mixing up special paint colors. I also bought the covers to keep the paint fresh. They're strong and durable. I've even been able to wash them and reuse. Excellent product.
