The cups are really nice and a great price for being eco-friendly. Please note, these cups are not truly 16 oz. They are the 16/18 oz. I confirmed this by checking the manufacturing number with Fabri-Kal's spec sheet. When I filled the cup to the rim, it actually measured 20 oz. This extra 2-4 oz makes a HUGE difference in cost - especially if you are advertising and serving 16 oz cups filled to the rim.

These cups are very much hit or miss. Every order we receive is damaged. The cups are very flimsy and tend to split or collapse very easily when putting the lid on. It's very frustrating. We have reached out for returns/refunds but we have never had success from customer service support.

We use the 24 and 16oz sizes of these compostable units. They need to show that they are compostable so the customer does not toss them in the trash

these are some really nice plastic cups. they're good for cold beverages only. the really nice thing is that they are compostable so they will biodegrade or you can put it in your compost heap.

I love that there is an eco-friendly version of cups that we can offer. However, because they are compostable, they don't hold up well in any heat. So they must be stored in a cool area or else they will distort in shape easily.

Best possible price for a compostable eco-friendly cup. Cups occasionally come cracked and cracks are hard to see until they are leaking. That being said, only 1 in 100 cups are cracked like this.

Bought this for wedding reception catering. This clear plastic cup is very nice very study as serving fruit cups. I recommend this for any occasion for serving fruit cups.

These 16oz cups were the perfect size to use for serving beer at an outdoor event. They're the perfect thickness, meaning they feel sturdy and not cheap.

Bought these in order to try to reduce plastic waste for my wedding. They held up great. They flex pretty good without cracking and breaking. The 9 oz size was perfect for wine and kids drinks. A little rough in some parts on the lip, hence the 4 star review.

These cups are great for beer at a large party if you don't want lots of beer bottles in pictures. They hold a 12 oz beer with room to spare--and there's still space for an orange wedge. Green and good quality (they don't easily crack like many traditional plastic cups).

Fits perfectly in our ION water filtration cabinet, is the perfect size for a quick sip of water, the thickness is nice, does not crush under hand when using.

We used these for a short time at our coffee shop. We eventually switched to the more cost-effective Choice brand but had no issues with these. We didn't customize our cups but that is a great aspect too!

Large cup for large drinks

Very fast delivery! Sadly, we must have gotten a bad batch with cups that seem to have cracks & customers need a new cup or a few cups stick together & it's difficult to get them out. Not all the cups are like this but the ones that are are unusable. The cups that aren't either cracked or sticking together work great.

We bought these cups when we couldn't get ahold of anything else, these are always in stock. They are incredibly expensive, but a very nice quality.

It is hard to believe that these cups are compostable. They are very sturdy and durable for being stored and using them for our beverages.

I'm a big fan of these cups. Nice slender design and lids lock on nice and tight. The town I run my business in commercially composts, so this is the perfect eco friendly choice for my shop.

I wish there was a higher rating for these cups, because they are THAT AMAZING! They are the thickest most durable cups out there! If you are looking for great quality cups for your shop and customers Fabri-Kal is the way to go!

I use these with Fabri-Kal GC16S Greenware 16 oz. Compostable Clear Lids. Not much to say about cups or lids, both are good products. Good for the environment. My wife and I use them on our food truck for horchata or whipped coffee drinks. If you're looking for a change, these are worth at least a try.

Best compostable cups I have come across. I especially like how they do not have any graphics or printing on the outside. Just simple clear cup that is also good for the environment. Thanks Webstaurant store for having these great eco-options.

These cups are amazing! They are made from plants, are compostable and BPA free. The best “green” cups we could find that didn’t raise our cost of goods. They are strong like regular plastic cups and we couldn’t tell the difference. We used for our fresh lemonades with fruit in them and customers kept them.

These cups are very sturdy and my customers love them. I love how it shows the Heisenberg lemonade in the cup. My customers tell me I should get Earth friendly cups. When I point out to them it is they are shocked.

We are trying hard to be a more sustainable company. particularly as the recycling landscape changes. We (and our customers) love these cups, even though it was a small price increase to afford them. Hopefully as more and more companies switch to cups like these, the price will start to go down!

i absolutely love these cups. they are perfect size and thickness for ice cream milkshakes, doesnt make a difference if its soft serve or hard ice cream yayy!

This is great for ice drinks, just make sure you don’t use this for warm or hot drinks or the cup will melt. This is a heat size for all the ice coffee drinks

I was very impressed with the thickness and sturdiness of these cups. The matching lids fit them perfectly so you don’t have to worry about spills.

Love these cups! Greenware products are top of the line in my book! They are a nice thick plastic which holds up nicely to use. They are a little more expensive then some of the other ones, but you do get what oyu pay for. Definatley reccomend these!

Perfect for holding toppers and gourmet toppings for our ice cream bar. Our main reason for purchasing them is that they are compostable. Our customers are excited about that too.

We use this 9oz squat cup daily. This cup serves as a single scoop serving of ice cream in our shop and allows the perfect amount. Customers have never complained of the cup being too cold. They store well; however, sometimes conforms to the shape of our cup holder which eliminates being able to utilize the matching lid if that happens.
