I bake for business and pleasure, and these pie tins are great. They’re sturdy, which is the main thing, although I don’t agree that they are “Extra Deep.” The depth of a standard pie plate is 1 ½ to 2”; these are 1 3/16 inch deep. If I’m making a customer pie, I’d want a standard size pie tin (Example: Diameter 9 ¾ - 10”, Depth 2”, Bottom 8 ¼ to 8 ½”), whereas if I am making a gift pie I would use this size (Diameter 9”, Depth 1 3/16”, Bottom 6 ½”). I have attached pictures to show visually what I mean. All my neighbors got pies in this size and my customers paying $18 per pie received the standard size plate that you might see as a dish in the grocery store. Excellent tins no matter what. I’m just sharing more specifics.

These excellent pie pans work great for any pie you need to make. We use them for apple pies and they are simply amazing to work with!

These are my favorite pie tins for baking key lime pie. Outstanding durability and they hold up very nicely. I have been using these tins for years!

This plate worked perfectly for my pie sale on the past holidays. It's not flimsy, sturdy enough to hold my apple pie. I'll definitely order again.

These work perfect for little mini pies at the holidays or with the seasonal fruit. For my bakery they are equivalent to just slightly less than a piece of pie. Helps keep the portion cost appealing to customers. I have tried larger pans that almost feed two people and customers love this size much better.

Nice pie pans for every day use. The foil isn't the super thick heavy duty type, but they still hold up well for pie making.

We use these pans for our apple pies for our orchard. They are a perfect size and a great quality product. We want to use a sturdy pan as customers often take pies home as they come out of our ovens and these fit the bill!

These are very thin pans. You will have to use at least 2 at a time. They aren’t sturdy at all. Nice size but definitely looks smaller in person. Probably won’t reorder these. Unfortunately I waited too long and was unable to get a refund.

This pan was very very flimsy, bends very easy, when cutting pies if not careful you will cut right through pan. I ordered these thinking I was getting one I had ordered earlier. I do not recommend this pie pan.

Perfect pie tins for a deep dish fruit pie! Bakes up nicely and holds up well when baked or unbaked. Would highly recommend. Easy to use and store

We use these pie tins for our homemade pies. They are very sturdy and bake well. Hold up well in our freezer and out on display in our case!

We use these for our Pies every Thanksgiving. Good quality and value for the price. They're strong enough to hold up to any crust and pie filling and won't bend or warp. It's the perfect size for a standard 9" pie (pumpkin, pecan, custard pies). If you'd like more filling in your pies you'll need more of a deep dish style.

These foil pie pans are the perfect size for a standard pie. I like that the pan has a rim that is easy to hold, and it also gives the pie crust a place to rest - so it doesn't fall off the pie while baking.

I have used these for 8 years and love them. they are the right weight and sturdy and they are a great match to the pie carrier. I order them regularly

As advertised, these are indeed very deep pie tins. We recently switched to a slightly less deep pie tin, but if you're going deep, these are great.

These foil pie pans have excellent capacity, and are well made. They fit the 9" boxes perfectly. Not at all flimsy. Webstaurant shipping is unbelievably fast!

These are the perfect nine inch pie pans. They are sturdy enough to hold heavier pies and quiches without bending. They are also sturdy enough to slice the pies easily.

Excellent for value for such a deep dish pie pan! They are sturdy and allow us to load our pies up without having to worry.

The 1" deep pie pan is perfect for small to medium pies. I'm usually able to get about 6-8 good size slices of pie from each pan. I do recommend that if you have a heavier pie such as a fruit pie that you get a heavier tin as these are a little flimsy when to heavy.

These pie pans are a little more shallow than i would have liked. They usually hold about half of the filling of a traditional glass pie pan. However, they do hold up well and are perfect for gifting people with pies!

These pie pans are perfect for deep pies, but custards as well. This way, custards don't spill on the sides because the sides are higher and prevents this. I also like the sturdiness of this pan. It can hold heavy pies. The fact that you can recycle this is also a plus.

THESE FOIL PIE PANS ARE JUST TOO SHALLOW FOR RETAIL SALES PIES. BETTER SUITED FOR QUICHE. THE ARE JUST TOO SHALLOW. WOULD NOT PURCHASE AGAIN.

These are a fine basic pie pan. However, they were not deep enough to hold all of the filling for my cream and custard recipes. Next time I will try the extra deep pan.

Best pie pans around for the cost. I cane go thru Lotz of these and love that I can buy 100 at a time. Ordering is so eazy.
