This mix is good! You can taste the pepper, but it's not too strong. It cooks up thick and creamy. Preparing it is easy. All around, it was a hit! I'm about to order more to keep a supply on hand.

Gravy is amazing!!! And so easy to make. We added country sausage and it was a hit on our food truck!

Great product for the restaurant and the size makes it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper.

I use this product for home use only. It is utterly delicious, thick, and creamy. I add a little granulated garlic to it and family and friends love it. By that I mean they are always asking me to make it each time they are invited for dinner whether or not I am serving chicken. I may eventually tell them that it's from a mix and give them the name of this product and where I purchase it. Okay, I will as a Happy New Year gift. It's selfish to keep this gem a secret.

We always love sausage gravy , but red eye gravy was so simple. Just add a few tablespoons to 2 cups water shake and bring to a simmer. great on toast

we use this for several things.makes great gravy with breakfast sausage added and poured over bisquits. not over powering and great on mashed potatoes as well.

This one is good for pouring over mashed potatoes, biscuits, and so much more. It is easy to make from this mix and also tastes good.

A great base to sausage gravy just add in some browned sausage and you have a great breakfast meal. Easy to prepare and tastes like homemade.

Excellent Gravy, I usually add some ground up sausage to it for a true biscuit and gravy experience. Only downside is the MSG. Using half milk/water makes it a bit more creamy.

I thin this gravy mix with milk than what the instructions says and add a bit of butter when making it. Flavor is unbelievably good.
