This is a grea au jus mix for cheesesteak or roast beef sandwiches. We have purchased a few times and would recommend to others for sure!

Has a nice beefy flavor. You can use this to make au jus sauce or just add it to soups and stews. I just add a couple of tablespoons to my chili to give it a nice flavor

Au Jus mix that works just fine, and it has a long shelf life so it can sit around for a while and ready when needed.

I didn't buy this mix to make the traditional Au Jus. I used it as a background flavor to make a stock too cook my rice in for a beefy flavor that would later turn it in to beef fried rice. I am satisfied with my putchase.

This makes a great base for our au jus. Has a great flavor on it's own, but I always add to it. Initially purchased one package to try. We now order it in larger amounts.

The best Au jus mix you will find hands down! I used this for my steamship round and my guest loved it. It also makes for a great french dip sandwich. I highly recommend this.

Great tasting mix with a variety of uses. It's great as Au Jus for sandwiches, but it can be used for soups, gravy, and as a flavor enhancer for stews and chili.

This is a great tasting sauce mix. A must for steaks and hamburgers anything that needs a little kick. Not to strong if you mix sparingly. Easy just add water for a wonderful treat to your meal. If you would like a thicker sauce more like gravy just add a little corn starch and heat it up stirring until thick, then let it cool. It\'s really good.

This is very good Au Jus mix. When I put a roast in the crock pot at home, I mix a partial mix of this mix and cook my roast in it. It also makes a good gravy

A very tasty chicken gravy mix. Tastes great as a gravy for poultry but also makes a nice base for chicken noodle soup. Very easy to mix up.

my issue is not with the product. my issue is the cost of delivery. once i put my order together, i check to see what the shipping cost will be, but when i actually put the order through, the shipping costs change, always increasing.

This is a great product that served me two purposes. It served firstly as a taste enhancer and secondly as a thickner. I have bought it twice and will be going for it for a third time. Highly recommended.

Gravy is amazing!!! And so easy to make. We added country sausage and it was a hit on our food truck!

Great product for the restaurant and the size makes it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper.

This is a decent gravy. My one complaint is that it has a back flavor like barbecue sauce. It tastes like a medium strength gravy had a couple tablespoons of tangy, sweet barbecue sauce stirred in. I do not taste pork as much as I do barbecue sauce. That's not to say it's not a good product but I was looking more for porky gravy rather than one that reminds me of smoked barbecue pork. I gave it 3 stars because it was not what I was looking for in a pork gravy.

Saves labor time, space and tastes great! We use it for all our beef dishes. Mix with meat juices for outstanding taste and customer satisfaction.

We served this on chicken and waffles with mashed potatoes and everyone loved it. It tastes like homemade gravy. Will be purchasing again because it is simple to make and tastes great!

I use this product for home use only. It is utterly delicious, thick, and creamy. I add a little granulated garlic to it and family and friends love it. By that I mean they are always asking me to make it each time they are invited for dinner whether or not I am serving chicken. I may eventually tell them that it's from a mix and give them the name of this product and where I purchase it. Okay, I will as a Happy New Year gift. It's selfish to keep this gem a secret.

I wasted a lot of time looking for Au Jus in a grocery store before I just started buying it from here by the case a couple times a year. I put this stuff in dang near everything, like its a spice. It goes in my chicken and pork chop breading, it goes on sandwiches, I add it to soups and casseroles, and I almost forgot it makes a good roast beef gravy mix too for dipping your french dip into or for pouring over your prime rib. You can get like a half an ounce at the grocer, in a packet, I go through this stuff way to fast for that.

Great flavored gravy, goes good on pork chops and pork roasts, also use this on stuffing and potatoes of all kinds. Even on rice. Great addition, and everyone loves it.

Chefs Companion Au Jus is soo nice to have or that deli Roast Beef. I keep these on hand to make meals easy. Not only easy they taste good.

This product was inexpensive, but not a great flavor. Certainly not a replacement for actual AuJus, but it will work if you need to stretch a batch out.

This has been a wonderful product. We used it to marinate our freshly sliced steak, which seasoned it very well, then put out a beautiful steak sandwich.

We always love sausage gravy , but red eye gravy was so simple. Just add a few tablespoons to 2 cups water shake and bring to a simmer. great on toast

we tried this to go with the prime rib we are serving.we used the drippings plus the au jus mix and it was very good.

This makes a perfectly seasoned Au Jus for prime rib and roast beef. I also use it for baked steak, and a beef gravy base. Absolutely delicious- I use it for catering and at home.

we use all the chefs conpanion brand aujus and numberous gravy mixs for a lot of gravies with meat drippings. and they are a good base for soups also.

For an instant gravy, it's pretty good. You can't compare it to real gravy, and nobody will be fooled, but it's a great price and perfectly acceptable for non-formal situations.

Great instant gravy, make the whole pack at once with the included instructions or use 1/4 c. gravy mix per 1 c. water. Thickens up nicely, and does not separate when refrigerated.

A great country gravy mix that is great for our buffet. The gravy is really bold and we love the flavor and texture very much.

I like this gravy but, I think I prefer the gravy mix in the store a little better. This mix doesn't seem to have as much of the unique flavoring as the store brands but, it's not as salty as the store brands either and that is a plus.
