Purchased these by accident - thought they were a different product. Very displeased - Ok for every day but not nice enough for special occasion. Much smaller than the other napkin we like, thinner as well. My two biggest complaints - they are shrink wrapped so tight that the napkins several deep top and bottom are crumpled (and hold the wrinkles after unpacking).... and they are 'stuck' together. You literally have to peel one from the next... and it actually makes a sound. Definitely not what we want our guests to experience on a buffet.

I have purchased these napkins several times and this order was not the same quality. The size was a 1/4” smaller and the feel was not even close to the linen feel of previous orders. The color was more off white than white.

The Choice napkins are slightly smaller then their competitors and these napkins also have a bit of a pattern to them. They are also not as thick. I prefer the competitor brand more, but if you are looking for a cheaper options these will do.

This napkin definitely delivers on the linen feel but I had to take off two stars because it does not look like a linen napkin. Wish it didn't have that texture and was simply smooth. Because of the texture it looks like a paper towel. Would not work in an elegant setting because of the look and off white color. Still a decent product for the price.

These white-linen feel napkins feel much nicer than regular paper napkins, and look nicer too. They also seem more durable and more absorbent than typical napkins, which is great.

We decided to upgrade our napkins to give our restaurant a more upscale feel. We thought about linen, but the cost seemed a bit high. We decided on these linen-feel napkins and are delighted by the look, feel and quality. These are thick, durable and beautiful. They go great with our place setting and really add a level of sophistication.

Excellent product!! I bought these napkins for my local and their quality is amazing. Sin of a very white color, thick, and I use them to wrap my forks, knives and chircas in them; to then deliver to my customers with their dishes. I have had great returns since adding this to my tableware. The quality is excellent and worth its price. I recommend it.

These are some very fancy napkins. We used them for an upscale buffet when disposables were needed, however they remind me of napkins/towels you would find at a restroom area somewhere classy.

Great napkins for a great price. Local places or even distributors will charge more for the same product. Napkins aren't made cheap and quality is just as comparable.

We bought these napkins because we wanted to liven up our dining rooms ambiance as we were always viewed as just a lunch place, these napkins helped us change that perception. They are still cost efficient but the effect they have is incredible. They feel like real linen and they really helped us up our appearance.

These linen feel napkins were very good quality, a very good price too compared to other brands. Only WebstaurantStore sell these for the good price, we cannot find these from other wholesalers.

If using for formal use, I would suggest some light ironing to given them a clean crisp look. If daily use they are fine with a few wrinkles. The edges do not curl after washing. They have a cotton, not polyester feeling and lay nicely on the lap. Holds & folds into shapes nicely, even after washing.

The guest paper towels are elegant and soft and just the right size for our guest bathroom holder. And the color is just right - an off white but silky to the touch. The item was delivered on time and ordering it was very easy. Great job!

I would keep these napkins in my house all the time if I could. Not only are they thick but they look so nice with any tablescape.

These napkins are the perfect balance between having a great catering dinner napkin and a cheap option. You don't have to launder these so you save money!

it's pretty cheap paper napkin, even it says "Linen-Feel". I was pretty disappointed when I received this and ended up not using it at all as the paper looks and feels pretty crappy. Never order again.

Great quality linen-like napkins. I use these in my restaurant bathroom for guests to dry their hands and they really provide a high quality feel. Webstaurant was cheaper by almost half than my other delivery vendors. I highly recommend!

These are a very nice upgrade option compared to cheaper throwaway napkins. They do a much better job cleaning up messes then their cheaper counterparts as well.

These are great napkins! The price VS quantity may seem high, but unlike most napkins, customers will only need one with their meal. They are thick and quite large and absorb really well.

Theses are good napkins. They don't look exactly like linen ones but close. They are more absorbent than regular papers napkins. These are great for regular use and a bundle will last.
