These baking cups provide a good portion size for our crustless quiche! The fluted edges really elevate the aesthetic and it's a perfect compliment to our traditional quiche sizes on our menu. After the initial baking, we just reheat them individually in the oven for our customers as they order them. We love that they don't discolor even after baking them a second time!

I wasn't too impressed with these baking cups. I guess I'm a little spoiled using the cups with the PET coating. These are quick release however they seem to be a little flimsier than the other ones. I actually had to bake my pies in 2 liners so they would remain circles after pressing dough into them. Also, without the PET coating, my crust comes out a lighter color in these cups. I don't think the other cups were much more expensive, so I would recommend using the PET coated baking cups instead of these.

We use these little cups for our gluten free tarts. Our tarts have shortbread crust, so it is possible to "unfold" the cup away from the product and eat it, but it's definitely more comfortable to use forks. But that depends on the type of the product I believe. The temperature we mostly use them at is 350-370 F and they hold up well. They do lose the shape a bit, not all of them come out of the oven round. It doesn't seem to bother our customers, they still buy the product even if the shape is not perfectly uniformed. Some high products will end up with some grease stains on the outside of the cup.
These are the perfect size for invidividual desserts. We use them for personal apple crisp.

For cookies, these worked great. But my brownies and lemon bars stuck and had to be dug out with a utensil when I was shooting for not needing a fork or spoon to eat them. They didn't hold their shape well and showed fat spots on the exterior after baking.

Almost perfect. They are the right size for our Cookie Cupcakes and bake the cookie well, however, they sometimes lose their shape and go oval during the cookie's expansion while baking. Not a deal breaker but does make it difficult to decorate them to match when some are not as round. They do release easily when eating.

Love these for my baked mochi cakes. They use a lot of butter so these are great to hold them. They are mostly grease proof if the baked good isn’t full of butter. Very minimal grease leakage.
