We switched to the Choice brand cups because the similar Solo brand cups have not been reliably available for a while. Other than the occasional crumpled rim, we don’t seem to experience problems with the cups. I only gave 4 stars because the cups don’t have the size printed on them anywhere, and even my experienced baristas often have trouble distinguishing the cup sizes when making drinks. Our new employees find it very frustrating for the first several weeks while learning how to tell the difference. I would love to give this 5 stars if only it had the cup size printed on it somewhere.

I really like look for these paper cups. They look very elegant especially with the black lid. You will need to purchase a hot sleeve because they not that thick. It’s been hard finding cups that don’t leak in the seams and finally I feel like I have product that works. I have received any complaints from my customers!

I LOVE these cups but they aren't very consistent. The lids sometimes crack when putting them on or the lids pop off when I hand them to customers making a mess in their car. It doesn't happen to every cup but a large amount of them do. I don't want to change my large cups from my other sizes as I'd like to keep them consistent with my brand and I dont have this issue with 12 or 16 oz. cups. From the reviews in 2016 it looks like this has been a problem for a while that has yet to be resolved.

Love these choice 16 ounce coffee cups extremely durable holds up great with kids and hot cocoa I highly recommend this product for any business.

We have experienced the very same thing with the tops not sitting well on the cups. We had an earlier order and the cups seemed fine. Our last box was terrible. The rims of the cups were not rolled tight enough and lids wouldn't sit properly. We have had to pour into new cups or set them aside. We unfortunately had several customer complaints and one of our most loyal customers had the top pop off in his vehicle making a terrible mess. Webstaurant issued us a credit, which was nice, but what we really need is a reliable 20oz hot cup. I gave a 2 rating and not a one or less because we have had boxes that were fine. I wish they all were.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE...LID WONT STAY ON AND AFTER 1 CUP OF COFFEE THE CUP IS BLEEDING THROUGH

Good quality hot cups! It looks much nicer than plain white cups. I think it can be used several times if we want to.

Perfect for sampling out hot or cold beverages. Cheap enough to let them take a sip and throw it away and not be upset about the waste.

I am so happy with my new 10 oz coffee cups! The size is perfect for me, and the design and the color of this cup, is so pretty, for any occasion! I love the way it looks! The cup is very Sturdy, it didn’t get soggy, and the heat of the coffee wasn’t too hot on my hands. I Can feel a some warmth through the cup, on my hand, but it didn’t burn me. If you have really sensitive hands, you may want to purchase some sleeves for yourself, but I am able to use this cup, without any sleeve on it. i absolutely, love these cups! I will continue to purchase these. The lids I purchased to go on these cups, fit nice and snug, and I absolutely love, my new coffee cups. Thank you!

Nice and strong cups for hot drinks. We primarily use this size for our catering orders. They are the perfect size and are very durable.

i use these poly paper hot cups in my house or on the go when i am trying to enjoy the coffee in the morning and mid afternoon. the paper cups work great.

These hot cups are an excellent value and of comparable quality to named brands such as Solo. I have never experienced any quality related issues with these. I would recommend pairing these with Choice hot cup lids.

Good little espresso cups. Decent graphic to let people know whats in it. Seem sturdy enough, never seemed to have any complaints or issue out of them

So far we've had no issues with these cups, and they are just as cute as the other ones but at a lower price. They also fit the solo bulk lids, which is nice as we can just keep using those instead of buying customized lids for this brand. The only thing we've noticed is that there is a funny sound or feel when drinking out of these cups, we're not sure what it is but it makes some type of click like the ones you feel when opening a glass jar and the lid pops up. No issues with functionality though. Will probably keep buying these.

The cups are perfect size for sampling chai or coffee . I am using this to get out samples for my business. It keeps my chai hot and presentable

Cheap cups that hold up well to hot and cold beverages. You may want to double up when carrying around hot coffees and teas but the price is much much cheaper than local suppliers.

there are not many options out there for such small hot cups .....but these are great! the design on the cups is perfect and even though you have to buy the lids seperate, they fit great and no drips.

I bought these coffee cups to keep at work for when I want to make tea or a cup of coffee in the afternoon. They make my little coffee station look super cute!

Practically speaking these cups work just as well as the plain white choice 8 oz. cups. Aesthetically speaking the cups have the cool cafe design to them which elevates the whole experience. I use these at home when company comes over and it feels more like the cafe shop experience.

These are good quality hot paper cups for the price. More eco-friendly than foam cups and cheaper than most paper hot cups. The Latte, espresso and coffee print is a nice touch.

This is really nice choice to use for the church serving of coffee and tea. It is cheap and the cup is very good to carry water and hot tea.

Not only do kids love the size bu older people love them as well. Serving coffee or hot chocolate is ideal with this size, the price is great too.
