I love Lesaffre yeast. I love this kind but, I must admit I do prefer the Lesaffre Premium Instant brand yeast. This yeast is a great yeast if you prefer active dry yeast. Lesaffre makes the best yeast.

I bought this for personal use. Homemade bread is a staple at my house. So far it works great. I hope that it doesn't expire before I use it all, but even if i don't get all the way through it, financially it will still be worth it over the cost at the local stores.
