The perfect ice cream scoop, #16 aluminum hand scoop. Very strong and gets through even when your ice cream us to cold. Scoops come out with no effort at all.

I used to go through a trigger style disher for ice cream almost every 2 weeks due to force of pushing the hard ice-cream. This works great and with zero moving parts, you don't have to worry about it breaking. The heat from your hand is really enough to cut though ice cream like butter. DON'T PUT IN DISHWASHER!

If you serve ice cream, this scoop is a must have. I own a sub shop and we serve ice cream. This scoop makes portioning super easy. Here's a little tip: When scooping, try to scoop along the outer wall and do your best to always scoop in the same direction. It will help your scoops appear nicer and also help reduce waste.

These Zeroll #16 Aluminum Ice Cream Scoops are great quality. They are a little more expensive because they are a name brand. I will most likely stay with the cheaper versions, but these work as intended.

Hand down, this is the best ice cream scoop in the world. Seriously. I didn't think it was possible to scoop ice cream right when it came out of the freezer but with this scoop it totally is! Just give it a good shake to warm up the magic stuff inside and boom, perfectly scooped ice cream. Just don't put it in the dishwasher. You'll be very sad if you do that. I would never use a spring mechanism scoop for ice cream and you shouldn't either. I only use Zeroll scoops because of how consistently they perform. This size creates the perfect "single" scoop.

I need to buy a second these scoop is so nice. The size is a little to large for children or light eaters but for the most part this scoop works nicely on hard ice cream.

These will last a life time. We are still using some that are 15+ years old that have gone through hundreds of thousands of scoops of ice cream and thousands of washes. The size of the handle is just right for all hand sizes. If you need a scoop for an ice cream shop then this is it. Don't go cheap.
