Great pan, cleans easy, high quality. This is the biggest size pan that will fit in a standard oven.

Never warped at 425. Haven’t tried higher temperatures yet. I only hand wash it and it stay new and shiny. Very durable, useful and lightweight pan.

This is a very good quality sheet pan. I have purchased many sheet pans of many brands on here and this is one of my favorites. It bakes nice and evenly.

The workhouse in the kitchen, the wire in the rim somewhat helps keep the ban from deforming in high heat dry situations, but it will still happen, too a lesser degree to their unwired counterparts. Other than that a stable, works great for whatever you throw at it, and having a few of these for prep work is extremely helpful.

We purchased these pans to stick in our Cambro Food Pan Carrier to help suppose the weight of big chaffing trays. They have worked great! When we aren't using them for our Cambro Carrier we use them to bake in our oven and 2 of them fit side by side in the oven nicely allowing use to cook more product at once.

These perforated half-sheet pans are very well ventilated, with holes almost out to the edges. WebstaurantStore.com also has an alternative to this pan for those who might want less ventilation. The Choice perforated half-sheet pan has about ? as many holes of the same size as this Vollrath pan. Depending upon your application, one may work better than the other in specific instances. I am happy to have both pans.

These are the value priced sheet pans for a reason. If just used for baking, they are probably fine, but I use them fro spreading hot toffee. The bottom of the tray buckles and is not flat. Toffee does not spread evenly at all. The Vollrath pans are a better choice.

This is the best value for an 18 gauge sheet pan. They don't warp too easily over time either which is good. We have been using these for a little over a year.

Good quality pan and they bake evenly. However, the center warps slightly and pops when in the oven. I use the pan to flatten cookies when they come out of the oven and am unable to use these pans to do so since the pan doesn’t remain flat.

These pans are the perfect size for baking my cookies and my silicone mats fit very well in them, they are true to size and arrived very quickly.

We splurged a little and went with the 18 gauge pans since I bake homemade cookies and only four fit in the pan. So the 18 gauge is a bit heavier and sturdier than the 19 gauge and I'm thankful we got the heavier. I like the thicker quality and these should last for years to come.

The curled rim is wonderful. No edge to get splatters that are impossible to clean. Pan has a nice heft to it, sturdy but not too heavy.

Perfect pan for baking cookies! I was having trouble with cookies browning on the bottom before they were baking with other pans, but this large light colored pan is exactly what I needed to make perfectly baked and colored cookies.

A few months ago I purchased 2 of the Vollrath 18g half sheets and matching lids, and 2 of the Vollrath 16g quarter sheets with matching lids. Overall they are exceptional and seem to be wearing better than the nordicware sheet pans that I had previously, as I've cooked with them just about every other night.

Great heavy duty sheet pans that hold up well in the oven, no warping or bending. Only issue I had was the top one was very scuffed and darkened in shipping by something packed and rubbing on top of it and that marking hasn't washed away, although it doesn't affect the usability of the pan but makes it look bad.

Holy heavy duty! I cheaped out and bought a different brand last time. Big mistake! These are super high quality and the perfect size. All bun pans are not the same exact size!

13x18 sheet pan is a big win for us. They are durable, dishwasher safe and easy to clean. We use them to bake meatballs, toast bread and hold other food items.

We cook 10 pounds of chicken on the grill every week for our dog. Needed pans to transfer from grill to kitchen. These pans are ridgid and durable! Clean up is a snap! When they arrived one had a large dent. Just a few minutes on chat, picture of dented pan... and a new pan was on the way! These Vollrath half sheets pans are great quality. Perfect for roasting, baking, and even prep. They also stand up to heavy use. Definitely, worth the investment.

Very nice, durable pans for a decent price! This is my go to pan of choice for basically everything. When they get stained they are easy to clean off when some lemon juice.

Great quality baking pans for the price. I bought a 12 pack for big batch cookie baking and because I also recently bought the half bun rack. I must say I have a pretty sweet setup now! Definitely recommend these pans.

The pan itself is thicker than i expected and very sturdy. It was large enough for heating up a medium sized pizza and will easily carry a batch of cookies.

I bought 4 so far and will be buying 4 more. They slide into the cooling racks perfect and allows you to separate your backing good.

Just ordered and love this! Use at home to cook for my family. I can get more food on each rack of the oven due to the larger size of the pan! Cooks the food evenly and allows me to cook more at once!

I love love love these sheet pans; They bake and roast everything and anything beautifully and are easy to clean. Dark colored pans burn your foodand nonstick never browns anything. The weight and color of these are perfect. I have one for roasting vegetables (I usually put a piece of parchment to line the pan altho not necessary; but do toss the cut up veges with oil) at 500 degrees; the veges come out golden and done inside. I bake any cookie recipe on this (also on parchment-altho not necessary) and the cookies come out golden and perfect. I've roasted pieces of chicken; I've made chicken wings. Just incredible pans. does not warp and still using them August 2012. at 500 +degrees it might give a bit but goes right back to original form. and I know these are not the ones recommended in Cooks. I have those also. these work just as well.

You can never have too many 1/2 sheet pans. These are sturdy, they hold up over the course of a year easily with no scratches dents and they clean easily

The Vollrath 5303 is a classic all-around quality workhorse of a sheet pan at a outstanding price on Webstaurant store. Vollrath is a quality trustworthy manufacturer and this sheet pan is proof. Its a sturdy but light aluminum sheet pan of a thicker than average 18 gauge. Consumer brands like Nordicware, whose sheet pans are quite popular, make their sheet pans out of 20 or 22 gauge aluminum I believe, since I last emailed and asked their company. This is a workhorse of a pan, no non-stick glazes or anything. Natural aluminum with a nice buffed smooth finish. No warping so far and no complaints. Bakes evenly.

I use this pan with my cutting board. It keeps liquids from running all over the counter. It is durable, easy to clean and just makes my life so much easier. It can accommodate a whole watermelon or a 25 pound turkey.

I love this pan it is the perfect size to fit a lot of our items on one pan, which makes it easier to use less pans.
