Once again, I find myself giving a 5 star rating on a product. WIth this one, you get what you pay for. Heavy, doesn't warp, and for one of our ovens, we slide it in and out on the oven rack supports. Important: That is why we got this one, not the one 1/4" smaller and maybe $1.77 less. We don't need to bother with the rack. Take out your tape measures and check it out. Our big mistake: we should have bought 4 or 6 at the same time. So I came online to order more, and decided to write a review. We make our own granola with these pans, using parchment paper that easily fits into the pan... The same oven with lesser quality pans burned the granola at the edges, undercooked in the middle. Not so with these pans. Heat evenly and are easy to clean. Those old pans: giving them all away.

This Wear-Ever sheet pan is durable and high quality. The 13 gauge aluminum is strong enough not to flex and heats well without scorching food. The open bead rim allows for complete cleaning, I was worried it would be dangerously sharp but it's not.

I purchased 2 of these pans at the recommendation of America's Test Kitchen. I am pleased with how thick they are! They warp in the oven at temperatures over 400ºF - that's the only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. So far I've baked cookies, biscuits, and yeast rolls on them, lined with silicone mats, with nice results.

We bake off bacon in these every day. We also bake our brownies in these pans as well. They don't warp and are very sturdy. No problem cleaning them.

awesome pans durable, heat well, used to make various items from baked goods to potatoes and simply great. also the CIA cooling rack fits in well so this doubles as a broiler capable pan when necessary

I got this sheet pan recently to replace a stainless steel one that was warping. This one works great, cooks evenly, doesn't warp even over 400 degrees and it cleans very easily. I would buy it again.

We are very happy with the Vollrath 5313 Wear-Ever Heavy Duty Half Size Sheet Pan. It is the perfect size for our Vollrath Half size convection oven. One of them did come damaged with scratched and warping. I think the warping is because of how it was packed for shipping. Customer service took care of the problem immediately.

I do enjoy this sheet pan. An essential component in my kitchen I needed a pan that can withstand repeated use to which this Vollrath sheet pan delivers in spades.

These fit great just right on top of our full-size sheets, which we keep on a rack of twenty, and are great for backing smaller batches! They fit great in our dishwasher and dry quickly.

These are really nice, heavy duty well made pans. Always used cookie sheet before, these pans seem to do much better. Easy to clean after use.

This is a perfect size pan for roasting veggies for 2-4 people. Veggies cooked evenly, no warping, easy cleanup. Also used this for pizza, and it worked like a charm! Skip the pricey pizza stone, this multi-use pan will be your new favorite toy

These are VERY Thick/Heavy Duty pans. They are worth the extra few bucks. These will not "warp" when used at high temps. Perfect for Baking Cookies/Pastries, or Roasting Egg Plant in the oven!

I love these sheet pans! I have the half and the quarter, they are such good quality, after using cheap sheet pans you really appreciate the quality. I have used them over and over again- refrigerator to oven without any warping. Nothing ever browns too quickly and the bottoms of my cookies never darken too quickly.

This extra sturdy pan is now the workhorse of my kitchen! Perfect in combo w/ a silpat half sheet & you're ready to bake anything. I use it also when prepping homemade pasta, and you can flash freeze on it for about an hour too.

These sheet pans are heavy duty and food cooks evenly. Great for baking bars and brownies. Baking chicken or other meats cook evenly. These pans clean up great.

I'm so glad I took the advice of the team at "Cook's Country". They tested several sheet pans and found the Vollrath Wear Ever to be superior. LOVE the fact that they don't warp in the oven, even at high heat! VERY easy to clean!

I am very happy with this pan. It's super sturdy and the perfect size for so many uses. I bought it because of the America's Test Kitchen rave reviews, and once again they were spot on!

These are my go to baking pans. I use them to bake and roast everything. I've made meatloaf, cookies, and even roast my whole chicken on it. They heat evenly, making them perfect for my macaroon cookies. You can use them as it or line them with parchment paper. They are a 1/2 sheet size, so they fit inside your oven at home. The larger full size pans don't usually fit into a conventional home oven.

This heavy duty quarter sheet has been through the ringer for prep, roasting, and baking, and still looks as good as when I bought it almost two years ago. It's thick gauge provides an even baking experience for all applications, and beats out any any competing pan at this price. Highly recommended!

I like stainless baking sheets for their ability to go in the dishwasher, but they will buckle when cooling down, which is dangerous when there's hot liquid or grease in them. So these are much safer.

We purchased four of these Vollrath 5314 sheet pans in 2017. Within 6 months, 2 of the 4 pans warped and the warping has continued to get worse over the last 2 years. We called Vollrath to get them replaced under warranty, but were told the warranty is only 1 year in length. This is not the quality we expected from Vollrath. Our pans are always hand washed, allowed to cool completely before washing, and never used in temperatures above 450 degrees. Other leading manufacturers utilize 'encapsulated galvanized steel rims' to prevent warping and come with lifetime warranties. We will be moving away from Vollrath when purchasing sheet pans in the future.

Great sheet pan. Very nice to have the open-bead rim because it is very easy to clean and has no place for water or grime to hide. Size is perfect for a 24" oven and the aluminum is nice, thick and sturdy.

Simply amazing. These get used for all sorts of tasks around the kitchen: making cookies, roasting root vegetables, even sheet cakes. I use them in conjunction with baker's mark liners.

We have multiple of these and will only buy more. The sheet is the perfect size for the home kitchen and feels like it will last a lifetime

The full size pan in the same brand is awesome but for some reason the half size is not a sturdy. I had one wrap but being in the oven.

I ONLY buy Vollrath sheet pans. I have some that I have had for 15 years. They never wear out I don’t warp like other cheap brands

I am surprised that so few people have said that these pans do not warp. I bought two a while back and they warped immediately. I was on the site again and wanted to order some new pans. I looked to see what I ordered last time (the ones that warped during their first go round in the 400 degree oven) so I would NOT order the same ones again. Imagine my surprise that many people say that these are great pans! If this is the best that Webstaurant can offer, I'll look elsewhere.

Great pans! I'm a home user, but use these frequently and they've held up wonderfully. I am not the gentlest on my pans - if I'm roasting squash, for instance, and it seems like they're too dry, I'll throw water from the cold tap right onto the 425-degree pan - and zero warping, buckling, or anything with these. For most applications I use parchment liners but when I don't, these clean up well by hand. They seem to heat evenly despite my garbage oven, and they stack neatly for storage. s

Oh my goodness! This pan with the sheet pan cover has made my life so much easier! Sheet pan meals are amazing! It is so nice to come home from work, grab the meal out of the fridge, and pop it in the oven. A delicious healthy meal for my family at the end of the day with minimal effort.

Nice pan. Very little warping. I use it for baking cookies to baking chicken and sometimes bacon. It's a heavy duty pan that cleans up well.

The Vollrath 5314 is the heavy weight rough and tumble sheet pan of the Vollrath line of sheet pans. It's 13 gauge, thick and sturdy natural aluminum with an open bead rim since at this thickness it needs no wire to support it and prevent warping. This is an excellent sheet pan and so far in my experience using it, it has performed beautifully and indeed has yet to warp. At 13 gauge its almost twice as thick as its 18 gauge Vollrath 5303 cousin. Its worth the extra price compared to its thinner gauge cousin if you want something with extra durability or for special uses where a thicker aluminum and thus more even heat distribution and more heat retention is helpful in your baking or cooking needs.

I bought several of these to place in our convection oven . The pans seem to be thick enough to prevent warping but will have to continue using them to see how they are in the long run.

These are some of the best baking sheet pans I've used. I was so tired of my thin, old, inexpensive baking sheets warping and making popping noises in the oven when I baked. These remain flat, no warping, because of the thickness of the aluminum as well as the rim. Paired with a silicone mat, these are great for all types of baking, as well as food prep and even working with chocolate and desserts.

Best sheet pans in the world. Over 2 years old and still look new. We bake on them and they clean righg up. Love them

Amazing half sized sheet pan, perfect for most oven sizes, I use these daily for cookies, rolls, roasting veggies and everything in between. Its obviously not nonstick which I think makes it easier to clean (you don't have to worry about scratching off the non stick coating) but make sure you use parchment sheets with pretty much everything.

An exceptional, high quality product. The aluminum used is very thick and holds up well to abuse. The lip is high enough to get a firm hold on the pan. The size is perfect for home use. I would recommend this product.

I noticed right away that this sheet pan has a bit of a flex to it. You can hold both short ends and sort of twist the pan. I use it for macaron that bake at a low temp but I could see how this pan might warp or pop in the oven at a high temp. It works for my needs.

Solid, heavy duty sheet pan. Silicone and parchment paper fit perfectly. No warping or twisting even when heated and cooled quickly. Kitchen workhorse. The open rim makes it easier to clean and food doesn't get stuck in it.

I like the open bead rim for ease of cleaning/drying. These are not quite as heavy as I was expecting. I'm able to flex the pans slightly with my hands but they lay flat on a counter/oven rack. There's occasionally some warping when placing the pan into a hot oven, but it quickly flattens out. Overall, they work just fine and seem like they will last for years.

These are the ones to get. No trapped bacteria in a closed bead to worry about. Open bead cleans like a breeze and thickness helps keep pan stiff.
