We purchased2 of this after burning out smaller one witch we use daily. This immersion blender easily handles purées making a smooth product with no lumps. Storage and cleaning are easy because the shaft is removable. This is an immersion blender that we use every daily in our restaurant.

After using the WSB40 for a year and burning thru 2 of them we decided to upgrade to the WSB50. VERY happy with our purchase, we love the versatility of the removable/exchangable shaft and the increased power of the motor. Plus after shopping around Webstaurant had the most solid price ESPECIALLY if ordering multiple items (save on shipping)

I really wanted to like this immersion blender, but it's just too much power. We are a growing restaurant/kitchen making all of our dressings, aioli's, soups and custards from scratch. When our last "commercial" immersion blender began to slowly fail, I researched, trying to find the best for our needs, and ordered this unit. Although most of my staff are 6' and over, they all admit that this unit is just too big for our applications. When attempting to use it for large batch custards, it required 2 people to have hands on to not create a huge mess. I need to find something capable of meeting our growing needs, but not this large.

Waring Big Stick Blender 12" variable speed is my best kitchen tool ever. It's a work horse my first purchase was in 2018 and i didn't need a replacement shaft till 2021, my advice replace the shaft when it starts getting stift to prevent the motor from burning out and it will last you years.

best machine hands down in our kitchen. big stick takes care of everything from pizza sauces to mixes, clean up a breeze. definitely order one for yourselves!

We use these daily and they have held up to years of use. Very powerful with very good adjustable speed so that you have the control to get the consistency that you want.

Why have I waited so long to upgrade my immersion blender? I’m a soap maker and recently started to scale up my batch sizes. This blender is perfect for blending larger batches of cold process soap. It’s a breeze to reach trace and no air bubbles!

It works like a charm, this is a powerhouse in the kitchen. I make juices, sirups and sorbets and it smashes fruits and blends liquid perfectly. I am pleased with his purchased

I tested this out at a friend's restaurant and was amazed. It is much more powerful than most non commercial immersion blenders. I did a whole pot of broccoli cheddar soup in 1 minute.

Very happy so far, high powered but manageable, only issue I've had is being a little to short for it, I'm 5"5" and it's a struggle to use with large pots but still workable, controls are easy to use and has good practical safety features.

The one tool every kitchen needs! just large enough to do large stock pots of sauces and small enough to make 1-2 gallons to dressings. The interchangeable head makes it great to switch to different size applications!

this was a great product, very durable, easy to use definitely will buy again. we used it for mixing our concentrated sauce. will buy a couple more here soon.

Don't even bother ordering the medium duty blender for your commercial needs. The heavy duty is what you want! We've had the medium duty and the heavy duty is so much easier to clean, works tremendous and very strong!

This immersion blender is awesome. I am very happy and would buy again and again. It blends anything in seconds and you can change the power to suit was you are blending.

When they say heavy duty thing mean heavy duty we use these from gravies to using soup it will blend everything and must must have for every kitchen.

Bought this blender after mine was dropped. it is a great tool for making soups and sauces. The shorter stick is perfect for dressings and slammer batches.

I love this thing so much. Almost every batch of ice cream base I make gets buzzed with this guy to make sure it's smooth and silky. It does a wonderful job and has tons of power.

This is a MUST HAVE in every commercial kitchen. Very powerful mixer. Easy to use and clean. We make 30 lbs of Hummus in about 5 to 6 minutes. Just amazing !!!

Purchased the Waring WSB50 12" Big Stik Variable Speed Heavy-Duty Immersion Blender - 120V to mix frozen yogurt. The product has preformed well and i would strongly recommend.

Very durable and powerful mixer that can blend up anything in a short time! The long shaft allows you to puree soups in deep pots. My only critic is that it is heavy and it can be tiring to hold. The handle is pretty large so it can be difficult for small hands to use. Overall, I expect this immersion blender to last a long time!

We use this to blend for or sauces, marinades and dressings. We even"'chopped up" chicken for chicken salad with this item. This product is nice and sturdy.

I have used this Immersion Blender and the version from Robot Coupe and this one is superior simply because the entire stick/blade detaches and goes through the dishwasher. Not only is this more sanitary, but is much less easier to lose in a busy kitchen.

This industrial immersion blender has been a work horse in the kitchen for mixing batches of yogurt for our business. I could not have asked for a better device to make the work in the back go quicker. Although I would proceed with caution, it can stand on its own when mixing, allowing workers to mix in powder and other ingredients while it is operating to keep things from clumping up. Overall, a wonderful addition to our business.

The Waring 12" big stick immersion blender works great. Very powerful motor, but very easy to handle and use. The 12" shaft works great at getting down in the larger stock pots.

I use this blender in soap making. It really gets a workout, has not overheated and holds up very well. Easy to use, excellent price and high quality.

I call my Big Stik my "weedwacker" because it's so powerful. I use it to pulverize bananas for my granola and to emulsify all my wet mixes. It does the job beautifully and it's easy to clean. Love it!
