Bought the $50.00 more toaster was hoping it lasted longer & would be better quality but was disappointed just bought in April and already one side won't stay down will buy the cheaper one next time at least lasts a year

I did a lot of research for toasters that would toast evenly on both sides of the bread (seems like a basic function of a toaster), and ended up settling on this one. Turned out to be another mistake. All the coils do no not glow and It toasts unevenly, with one side dark and the other light. I am very disappointed.

I bought the toaster about 6 months ago, and I it has already stopped working. One side gets as hot as lava, and the other side barely works. Super disappointed, especially for the price.

Bought in July, now one side completely stopped working less than 5 months later... very disappointed ??

This might last a year. If the mechanism that hold the bread down fails, the toaster is…toast! It can’t be repaired as it’s all integrated into a board. Poor design, not made to last.

GOT 1 FOR MY STORE AND WE EACH SIDE AROUND 70 TIMES A DAY AND NOW AFTER 5 MONTHS 1 SIDE WONT STAY DOWN. IT STILL HEATS UP IF YOU KEEP THE LEVER DOWN AND THERE ARE NO INTERNAL PARTS TO BUY AND REPLACE. $ FOR 5 MONTH TOASTER OR 1 FROM WALMRT FOR $ THAT LAST US 4 MONTHS. WE HAVE TO HAVE A COMMERICIAL TOASTER SINCE WE ARE A FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. THE MAGNETIC SOLENOID WONT WORK AND CANT BUY JUST THAT PART.

This toaster is too slow, even for a slow breakfast restaurant. I would not purchase this toaster for a restaurant. It might be okay for household use.

Just like many of the reviews here, one side stops working after 6 months or so. I’ve gone through three of these and finally just bought a cheap black and decker which does the jib just as well.

This waring 4 slice commercial toaster is perfect for our toasts that we are serving at our restaurant. Salmon toast, avocado toast, hummus toast. Quick and easy to use.

Bought two of these toasters both stopped working. One side of the toaster pop up stopped staying down after 7 months. Second toaster did the same after 9 months. Paid for two pieces of junk.

Purchased this in 2016. It gets used daily for about 7 month per year by customers and has held up great. Replacing it with the same one because someone dropped it damaged the outside. Still works but it is located in a public area.

Have to replace this toaster about once a year, one side will always stop working. Looking for a better option, anyone have any suggestions because this thing is garbage.

Not a good product at all. It lasted me about a month or so and it no longer works. Very disappointed based on the reviews I figured it was a good product.

This toaster worked great for a high volume restaurant buffet operation. This unit provides great ease of use for guests and the time spent to appropriately toast is as expected. Great speed of delivery.

Seems to be nicely built, have not tried it yet. Made of stainless steel heavy duty power cord. Openings are wide enough for bagels Texas toast etc....

We have a high toast volume and I bought this toaster because it stated that it could toast up to 225 slices per hour. This toaster does not produce anymore than a cheap toaster from the local store.

We have a very busy weekend breakfast service and this toaster is used more than our more expensive one. It is well made, unlike our other brand which the knobs keep falling off of regularly.

I have purchased about three of these. They always last about a year. We now buy standard toasters from the hardware store. They only last 6 to 8 months in a commercial setting, but they cost a lot less.

Good quality toaster, good price. We have actually purchased a few of these over the years. Easy to understand, easy to clean. Definitely a recommend.

Died so quickly! We don't over use this nearly as much as a commerial toaster should be able to handle. Don't recommend. Waste of time and money

Went ahead and bought this thinking it would last longer then more on toaster but I was wrong. Bought in May and one side already doesn’t stay down. Pretty disappointed after spending all that money that it is already not working like advertised.

This Toaster is pretty good at the beginning. However, this is the 3rd one I had to buy because one side of the toaster stops working after 7 months. We have to hold it in with our own hands for that side of the toaster to work which is pretty annoying. At first, I kept buying it because I thought it was maybe just overworked. However, this is NOT the case. We have one toaster that works alot and one that we barely used and both of them had the same issue which makes me believe that it is a manufacturing issue. This tends to happen just after 6 months and their warranty states they will not repair or replace if it has been "overworked" which is why I have not used their warranty because they can easily say that it was just overworked and that you need to buy a new one. At this point I rather just buy an expensive 500 dollar toaster that will guarantee to work at least over a year.

Easy to clean and easy to use. Has multiple easy to use settings good for a self serve buffet. Only draw back is the time it takes for it to toast but this can be said for most toasters.

After six months still working very well. Easy to use and easy to clean. It kepp it up with our demand. It can be little slow but does the job

This toaster is a nice product. It has a nice look for when using on buffets. I've had it for almost a year and it still looks brand new and toasts quickly. I feel its fairly priced as well.

I have bought this toaster before and it was good this one was purchased in March and last week July 18 one side doesnt' go down. Not sure if I got a dud or they changed the quality because my other one is over 2 years old the same make and still works.

this is a good toaster, even for a pretty busy restaurant like mine it keeps up and toast perfectly good price and saves energy that i dont have to leave it on all the time

The toaster works exactly as advertised. Cooks evenly and doesn't take too long. The shipment arrived well ahead of the estimated delivery time. Would certainly recommend for anyone needing an industrial toaster for their breakfast area.

Our first toaster had a small defect but the company was great and sent a replacement asap. It works great and it's very easy to clean. The slots are large enough to fit our large bagels in. Highly recommended.

Perfect toaster! This toaster is well constructed and works well. Low profile, so it does not take up a lot of space on the counter. I am thinking of buying one for my home as well!

This is one of the best toasters I've ever purchased. We now have two of them because it works so well. They DO fit bagels, even though it doesn't say that in the description. Our bagels are huge and have no problem fitting in the slots.

We bought this for our deli and absolutely love it! It does a great job toasting and we love that there are 4 slots. This is a great price and a quality toaster.

so far so good.. doesn't seem to overheat and keeps up with my breakfast rush. finding the setting on them is a little tricky and they are two different numbers for each side to be just right

Have had this for awhile now and is holding up well. It is easy to adjust the done-ness and toasts evenly. Nice thick slots to fit an array of breads. No complaints here!

Great, heavy duty toaster. It works quite quickly, and it's really nice to be able to toast four large slices of bread at a time.
