A complete letdown. We bough this cart to help us deliver meals to four low income senior department buildings, but in about a month we could no longer use it, because it may literally fall apart. In our case, the problem are the cheap rubber support units that go on the corners, along with the nuts and the washers. The first one broke on the 1st week, so we did our best not to strain the other three, but in just a couple of more weeks two more just gave up, which rendered the cart completely inoperable. I do NOT recommend this product.

DO NOT BUY! We purchased one of these carts and within one day the cart broke by going over a sloped floor drain, it completely folded and the support pieces broke. It was only loaded with 100 lbs. I contacted customer service to try and get a replacement cart or a replacement set of the pieces that broke as was told that this cart can only go on level surfaces and that they would not help us. We spend thousands with this company so I am disappointed in this customer service. The cart should be able to go over a 1" sloped dip in the ground without breaking.

I purchased 4 of these for our restaurants. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY. All 4 of them broke with in 2 weeks. Additionally, they were a pain to put together.

Horrible cart!! We assembled this cart and within a month it fell apart. My team would tighten up the screws and a day later they were loose. I cannot implore you to not buy this item.

this cart is horrible. broke the first week of using it. it doesn't hold the stated weight. we placed to cases of 20oz sodas on there and it bent side ways and the wheels wont move. I will definitely not recommend buying this cart for commercial use or any heavy use.its not sturdy at all.

Most of the bar carts I looked at were overpriced, poorly constructed, and just plain ugly. This cart is an outstanding value, sturdy enough to house a full bar, and handsome in a formal setting.

We use this to transport items from the back to the front and vice versa at our restaurant. Works perfectly, love how lightweight it is, just don't expect it to carry too much!

This is a nice shelf cart. I didn't realize it's a tad low. compared to other half utility carts I have used in the past. but the reason for the 4 stars is not the height but the assembly. It was hard to get the screws in and sometimes there isn't enough space to allow the washer in. Only the bolt would fit. It's not tricky to assemble, but just a little annoying.

Difficult to assemble because the shelves arrive somewhat twisted and the bolts are just not long enough to get all the parts (washers, etc.) screwed on in a loose manner - parts need to all be assembled loosely before straightening the shelves and tightening the bolts very tightly. My solution, once all parts were assembled loosely, was to set the cart upright and lay something quite heavy across both end handle bars so that the cart would sit flat on the floor and not wobble. Then I tightened the bolts very tightly and that, for now at least, seems to have led to a successful outcome.

1.) This product is very well priced. Less than 1/2 of the competing products. 2.) This product is cheap and barebones, it is difficult to assemble, truly. You have to stagger the bolt assembly or you will never get it put together. This is a pro-tip. having just put together two of these. 3.) I really wanted it to be 2.5 stars but given that everyone has given this a 5 star review and it certainly isn't a 5 star product a 2 star review is most appropriate. You will like this cart fine if you just need a basic cart with wheels, but be warned the assembly is frustrating at best.

DO NOT BUY THIS CART, I wished I had read the comments before purchasing this cart. It was purchased for our soup kitchen to carry out our supplies. I have had it only for 2 weeks and every time we use it bend sideways. You can only put a couple of items on it, or it will bend sideways. We put 3 cases of water on it, and we couldn't push the cart. I definitely would not recommend this cart it is not sturdy.

I had high hopes for this cart as I have had similar style carts that have lasted for many years but not these! I purchased several carts, assembled them and was rather surprised that they were a bit wobbly from the start. We rechecked assemble and they were assembled correctly. With in several weeks all of the carts were so wobbly that I was afraid they would fall apart. we retightened them but they continue to fail after a short time. Finally we went to the hardware store and bought new, better hard ware with which to reassemble all of the carts. This made a considerable improvement BUT there is this one plastic shelf stabilizer that is part of the original assemble that in breaking on the carts and we do not have a good solution for this part. I purchased six of these carts, but they ended up falling apart. I kept tightening the bolts, but eventually, they could not be tightened anymore. I do not recommend these carts. Although I had read the reviews before ordering, I should have listened to them and not purchased them. We used the carts for only two weeks before all the bolts got loose.

This item did not last very long with normal usage. Even constant re-tightening and Loctite, this cart fell apart. It started to lean to one side. I do not recommend this item.

It's really badly made. If you put anything on the cart and try to roll it the end supports start to buckle. Garbage.

I needed a cart that could move food/drink from room to room, traverse different types of flooring. Great, sturdy cart. Very easy to assemble.

This thing broke within a week of using it. I wish I took everyone else's warnings more seriously. You cannot put anything more than 10 pounds on this or it bends and doesn't move. It's like they used hot glue to put it together instead of welding it.

This cart started out great but now 2 years in it has started falling apart. the black plastic support pieces break and the whole cart looses integrity. I use these carts to transport lunch in warmers to classrooms to serve. Never come anywhere near the 220# weight limit. I work for a small, not for profit school and we cannot afford to replace these carts and am devastated to to know these carts are essentially worseless now.

The cart is nothing special. The biggest problem I had with it is that the plastic on the metal is near impossible to remove, in fact we gave up and have left the plastic on it and it still is to this day over a year later. I ended up buying a different cart and using this cart for something else since the plastic cant be removed and therefore not good for keeping it sanitary clean.

Perfect size, nice and big. Hold alot of weight. super easy to wipe down and keep them looking nice. We will be purchasing more for other locations.

Sturdy build on a smaller cart. Great for any number of duties. Nice size on the casters to make rolling about easy, would buy again.

This item is a big plus for my business. My employees don’t have to worry about straining themselves to carry items, and you can carry more than one item at a time!

unlike most carts we have ordered in the past, after a month or two they fall apart. This one is very durable and a great purchase!

Great solid cart, wheels do not squeak like my old cart did. Honestly not much to say except that it works for the reason I bought it and I’d consider getting another one if I needed it .

This stainless steel cart is a beast we load this cart up with crazy amounts of seafood when our delivery’s come in and we never have an issue it pushes like nothing is even on it also very easy to clean

Super sturdy, easy to clean. Looks nice enough to not have to use a linen to cover it, if needed. It was easy to assemble to that’s a plus.

This cart was a great buy. It allows me to bring everything I need to cook meals on my Teppanyaki griddle to the table. Having three shelves gives me more than enough usable space for supplies. It's sturdy design will give me years of use.

I decided on this cart to use as a grill stand for my small gas grill and cooking utensils and supplies.... just made total sense. I looked at many other grill stands and for what you get, it wasn't worth the price being charged, mostly for just plastic type materials and appeared not sturdy. This cart is very study, rolls easily, nice looking and being stainless steel it should be easy to clean and would be very useful for many other purposes or tasks. Am Happy with my purchase even though it was not easy to assemble without a 2nd pair of hands. I'm retired and it took me a fair amount of time to assemble this cart by myself but it was worth the effort. The tools provided were all I needed.

This stainless steel cart has so many features that I like. I really like the indentation of the shelves so the spills stay on the shelf and I like the bumpers on the wheels.

The best purchase I have made on webstraunt. I love this little cart. It whips around very well and the bumpers around the wheels have save the furniture and prep table legs in our facility.

We are loving this metal cart. It is BIG but it moves so wel. Set up was a breeze and we had it out together in under 5 minutes.

I purchased 2 of these carts. The size is great, however they do dent easy and they are not meant to handle any weight. They tend to wobble after a few months. Great for light items.

This cart was everything I expected and more. I bought it to replace a plastic cart that was about the same size. Assembly was quick and easy. It is very sturdy and in my opinion will last forever.

This cart was smaller than I had anticipated despite measuring before I ordered, however it works great as a dish bin cart in our very narrow hallway so it worked out perfectly! It was a bit difficult to put together (definitely requires two people) but seems very sturdy! The wheel caps stick out a bit further than I would like, it can not be flush against a wall, but overall it's easy to clean and perfect for bins. I would not recommend it for moving food stuffs as the space between the shelves in limited.

I love my new drink machine! It's easy to set up and use, and freezes beverages quickly. It's for personal use and makes our parties more relaxing by not having to use a blender while guests are here.
