I have been using these handy little carafes for different types of cream. It works great for me because it is insulated. I pour the cream into the carafe and set it in the fridge until its time to serve. It gets nice and chilled but then it STAYS chilled for the entire couple of hours that we serve coffee and tea. This is so wonderful because I can leave the cream out on the serving table without having to worry that it will get too warm or go bad. I love these ...and one other note....one of mine came damaged and webstaurant sent me a new one right away with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend these to a friend and I would buy them again. They work, they're convenient, and they're not too big (space saver). Love it!

Decent little carafe. Holds enough half and half to get me thru a busy morning. Spout is not easy to clean at all. Still, a good purchase.

Great, easy to use insulated carafe that we use to keep half and half cool for long periods of time. The cap twists off and is easy to refill.

We actually use two of these to let customers self serve their almond milk and half and half. They keep the product chilled for a couple hours, but you can't leave it out all day

The lid and gasket/seal thing does not work or fit well. Hard to get it on right. Might look elsewhere for a different version of this type of pitcher.

We cater with these and use them in shop. They’re a little difficult to clean by hand without the right brush, but in machine it works just fine.

These are simple carafes. They will start to rust if not properly maintained and do easily scratch. Toppers and handles are starting t show wear.

These came exactly how they look online. (I ordered a total of 5) they all came in perfect condition and work just as they were meant to.

This is the perfect size that we needed for our small craft coffee shop. We ordered 3 for creamer and such and the slender look and easy pour fit our shop nicely.

The stainless steel insulated carafes are much sturdier and more effective than their glass-lined counterparts. They are resilient to shock, and they definitely do their job of keeping things at a desired temp

These are decent, but as with every other carafe I've ever used or purchased, the bottom (black) ring will start chipping off. I have found they still stand just fine without it. Also, the design of the pour spout makes it a bit more difficult to clean, so you have to make sure you get in there with a small bristle brush.

We purchased a few of these insulated carafes and are really pleased with them. We use them to keep our milk and creamers cold for our breakfast and lunch service and are happy with the results. Highly recommend!

We bought these in December and they have started to smell like spoiled milk. They are very nice and sturdy, but I feel we already need to replace them.

Great little Stainless Steel Insulated Carafe/Server! I use these as milk pourers for a food service shop. Not too big or heavy, so very easy for people to use, holds a great amount of milk/liquid, while keeping it cold, and not too big, so that you can refill during the day, to always make sure that the milk is still cold and safe to serve.

We use this product for keeping our coffee creamers during breakfast hours. We store it overnight in the freezer and it is ready to do the job the next morning!

We use this for half and half everyday for our coffee service. You do need to soak it and clean the top well to get it completely clean, other than that, it's perfect.

Worked fine for a month as far as we could tell, then we found that all three that we bought still had drink somewhere in the housing. Must not be very well sealed. Just sitting in there spoiling. We can't figure out where or how to get it out, you can smell it, and when you shake it you can hear the liquid and small flecks of spoiled liquid come out near the rim. We took care of them, never once dropped them, and only ever hand washed. These will end up in the garbage.

Don't buy this! It is impossible to clean even after one use. liquid gets trapped between the layers and sits in there. I had to throw these out after using, and attempting to soak them for a week to get the smell out.

Just PERFECT for my needs. 6 hrs and still have hot coffee. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Getting this carafe to pour properly turned out to be a huge problem. It is designed to pour when the arrow on the top is lined up with the spout, but we've found it doesn't pour from the spout until the top is unscrewed enough that the liquid can also pour out of the top. Customers also frequently turn the top because it feels loose, and then complain that it won't pour.

We use this to store cream and it keeps the cream cold all day with no issues. Easy to clean and not heavy. Great product.

Great quality, holds cold well and lasts long, easy to adjust screw top. Easy to clean and stainless is easy to wipe off fingers prints and milk

These are excellent workhorse milk carafes. We rely on them in our coffee shop and it's nice to know we can just buy these and know they are going to work.

These arrived the day we needed them, but luckily we put them to use right away. They held the product cold all day, which was great.

Bought this insulated server to use in my kitchen. i have multiple uses of this server like to keep my tea and/or water warm. so far use it for tea and it worked great.

These work great for keeping our dairy and nondairy creamers cold in our coffee shop. They are easy to clean and we keep 2 in the fridge at all times, unfilled, so they will be cooked and ready to go when we need new creamers filled.

We put cream in the carafe for our coffee drinkers. We leave it on the counter for several hours and it's still cold. We alternate them and are very happy with the quality of the insulation

These insulated carafes are perfect for our drip coffee station. Our customers had to get used to the twist top instead of a push tab, but they keep the creamer cold for a full day.

Perfect for milk products. Keeps things cold for hours. We refrigerate before filling. Needs to be cleaned with a bottle brush to get all the little crevices

The carafe is PERFECT! It keeps things hot all day and the contents are still quite warm the next day or two! It is also beautiful...looking so nice where it can be seen.

Very pleased with this carafe. Haven't tested the 24 hour hot claim, but it does a great job of keeping our coffee hot during the day. We were attracted because of the size of the pot, as well as the "hot for long" assurance.

As soon as it arrived, I washed it and filled it up with almost boiling water, as a test to see how long it would stay hot. This was a full 24 hours before my event. I left the hot water in there until it was time to empty it out and fill it with coffee and I was surprised to see that the water inside was still quite hot. Great design, very impressed!

This is larger than I thought but keeps cream and milk cold I just wish they had smaller ones. Price is good too. But will purchase again
