We are using this in a coffee shop to hold creamer. It's working well. We had a cheaper product before that we threw out. This works well for three reasons. First, the customer can easily control the release of cream. It's not frustrating. Second, it is easy to clean. Third, it has good insulating properties.

Elegant in design..looks great on the counter top. But the best part is it really does keep my tea so very hot. Be sure to preheat with very hot water prior to use to get the best results.

Overall I’m happy with purchase. Carafe keeps coffee warm for a long while. Only thing I dislike is the stream is a very small amount when pouring.

This Thermal Coffee Carafe keeps coffee hot for HOURS. Its perfect for making an 8 cup pot of coffee ahead of time before company comes over. I have yet to receive a bad product from Choice.

So far so good with these. I left coffee in one overnight and when I poured it out in the am it was still..not hot but impressively warm for how long it was sitting.

Looks great, feel great, excellent price. But pours way too slow, waitstaff won t use them. slows down service. I guess that old saying holds true for this product " you get what you pay for". One star is all this gets, there is no lower score.

This is a well-made server, and keeps liquids warm for quite a while. It is heavier than average. We use it with hot water for our self-serve tea, and also have others for serving larger groups. The pot holds the same amount as our standard coffee airpots.

We primarily use this for coffee & hot water to use for offsite events. Other people have said to hold off using this for any kind of milk/dairy product since it can be difficult to clean. If you clean it immediately after you use dairy products, you wont have an issue.

Really hard to clean. Milk gets crusted on the inside. If you don't use it for milk its great.

it serves as a typically thermal carafe, but the temperature does not stay for too long. The thermal function is not very pleasant. After washing, it's very difficult to air dry. Regardless of which position, tilt to a 45-degree angle, or for how long, there's water that remains inside.

Nice neat functional carafe. Stopper cap seals well. I brew tea in my carafe, and after a ten minute wait, when you press lever to pour you can hear the air rush out. The air on the inside was heated by the water and equalizes. Also works the other way, as the tea on the inside cools the air contracts and you can hear the whoosh when you press the lever. Seals well. However this is not a long term storage device. About five hours is max. After that the tea is almost cold. It has a design flaw, since the plastic rim near the stainless carafe gets warm immediately after pouring the hot water. This indicates thermal leakage near the neck of the thermos. It might be okay for longer times with milk which is closer to room temperature than scalding water.

this 40 oz insulated thermal its good for any hot liquid such as water, coffee or tea. it keeps the temperature the same for a while.

Ordered this because it was on sale. It's perfect for a small to mid-sized office. Keeps coffee very hot for a long time. Highly recommend!

These are great for keeping coffee and hot water hot, for hours. We use these at church for coffee hours/potlucks. They are easy to clean, too! They are very well insulated and look attractive as a server.

I am very happy with both the insulation quality and the looks of this carafe. It almost looks like a piece of art, shiny and great design. Easy to pour the newly brewed coffee in the throat of the carafe and easy to pour into the cup. No complaints.

I've had this thermal coffee carafe for just a few days. It has worked fine for me: no issue with pouring; easy to handle; and works at least as well as my prior glass-lined thermal carafe.

I made my daughter a very healthy lunch of ramen noodle soup and she said that it was almost too hot to eat 4 hours later. Both kids were highly impressed with the retained heat and my kids said it worked well. It's great.

This is great for keeping water or milk hot. Much cheaper than at my local supply stores. Just as I expected, clean neat good product, and what I was looking for.

Seems solid and well built. We are planning to use it for keeping milk cold on a buffet, but we haven't done so yet. Overall, it cleans easy and seem to pour liquids with easy and doesn't seem to make a huge mess. Time will tell with how much abuse it takes in a commercial setting.

This coffee server is great. Keeps it nice and hot. Sometimes we even use it for creamer and it stays nice and cold. Will be purchasing more in the future.

Though a bit large for the task, this thermal server works very well for keeping our half and half cool on the condiment station at our coffee shop.

We bought these to upgrade from our old white carafes. What a great find! They hold just enough and they look very modern and are easy to use. They do not over pour or drip when you stop pouring. They also maintain a temperature that is just right for the events we use them for. I would highly recommend these.

Perfect item for pouring and storing coffee. It certainly keeps the product nice and hot and that is what truly matters to the guests. They look great also.

We purchased these insulated servers to use as containers in our coffee station for whole milk and half-n-half. They stay cold all day which reduces spoilage and increases profits. Plus, the larger size reduces refills during a busy stretch. Fill it and forget about it. They clean easily and the plastic ring around the top lid comes off with your fingers for easy cleaning. The surface doesn't show fingerprints and wipes and drys beautifully. We say buy them, and get some extras you can leave in the fridge pre-filled for the rush. Jeff

These are perfect, it holds about half a gallon of liquid. And will be so perfect for my hot chocolate/ Coffee bar! Stays hot, easy to pour.

We love this 1.9 litter insulated thermal coffee server because its very well made and does a great job keeping liquids hot. We fill it with boiling water and leave by our oatmeal station on our buffet.

I ordered this to keep the milk next to the coffee urn during gatherings but I also use it to take tea/coffee outdoors. I like the size and how much it holds, keeps drinks hot longer.

This Thermal Coffee Server looks great on the tables. When customers order coffee they want fast refills, so having one on each table is important. It does pour too slowly, hence the four stars. Still a good option for the price.

We use these for coffee service during brunch. We purchased two to start, and one of the pour spouts broke within two weeks. It still pours, but at a slow trickle, which is unacceptable during a busy service. Bought a replacement and the other two have been working just fine.

This is a really nice coffee server. They look really nice on the tables. We haven't used them for long so we don't know how they will hold up. But we are expecting them to be good.

I love this coffee server, the other day I had to bring coffee to work and I just brew coffee in the morning and by the end of the day (I worked 10 hours shift) the coffee was still warm!! I am really impress.

This one works really well. I gave it as a gift and they too enjoyed it. It was filled at ten in the morning and it was still hot when emptied at four in the afternoon.

Beautiful design, well built and great size for coffee and tea. We use it for milk and creams. It is a little difficult to clean but worth the effort.

this is really good as well as the other one i bought , it holds lot of coffee if you have guests but it does not keep it hot for very long time
