This is a great spatula. It's much sturdier than I expected and not very flexible so if you're looking for something that bends I would recommend something else. This is great for what I wanted though as it is very sturdy and strong so it can be used for smashing burgers or flipping large heavy pancakes.
Ordered this about a month ago and I'm loving it. The handle is very sturdy and the length is perfect for my 8qt stock pots. Because the handle is so thick, I can easily stir through thick soups without fear of bending the handle. Definitely recommend these. 5/5

If you plan to use this in residential use, be aware that the handle is LONG! So, it may take some getting used to. That being said, the handle is thick and grips easily and the surface area is wide for easy flipping. Webstaurant sells these at a great price and I love that they are high heat resistant. I can use them on the stovetop with cookware so they won’t scratch my pans, but they also won’t melt.
