This pan is a time saver. Whether it is steaming veggies or cooking pasta, it I a breeze to lift and drain the product without splashing or spilling. Just be careful how you wash it. Dishwasher soap can discolor the finish...but it still works great.

As our business grew from being a small Mom and Pop shop to the city-legend we are today this pan has allowed us to keep up with demand. I can't recommend this product enough, yes it makes a lot but one day you will need it!
