I was looking for a full size sheet pan and cooling rack that would well together. I purchased this sheet pan and pared it with the full sized 16 x 24 cooling rack, item number 4070038, and it worked perfect.

These are invaluable for any food service establishment. We use them in our Cambro warmers to separate food and then also use them as a heating element in delivery bags for catering. The steel gets incredibly hot and holds up great even after hundreds of washings.

We love these small sheet pans! They're inexpensive and durable and easy to clean. We use them for both back and front of house meaning they're both durable and visually appealing. Great purchase.

Really nice heavy duty pan. I mostly use it with the lid that snaps on to proof dough in small batches but also use it for small baking batches in the oven.

Nice heavy duty pans but measure your oven before purchasing. I bought two thinking they'd fit in a 30" oven and it wasn't even close. Now they are used for thawing chicken wings in a large fridge and work well - no flex in them at all.

My first use was in a 425-degree oven. The pan warped. Others have stated they warp over 400 degrees. I guess I'll have to use these to bake cookies.

I was happy to discover these little 1/8 baking sheets! These are perfect when you want to roast a small quantity of garlic, onions, etc. in the oven. You can also use them as little serving trays - perfect size for a sandwich and side! I have used Volrath baking sheets for years and found them to be far better quality than those I use to buy at local department stores.

The curled rim is wonderful. No edge to get splatters that are impossible to clean. Pan has a nice heft to it, sturdy but not too heavy.

Built with a high quality aluminum material. We use in our store to cook party size pizzas and they come really good every time, the thickness of the pan is perfect for cooking stuff in the oven.

I got one of these along with a few of the Bakers' Mark quarter size pans (https://www.webstaurantstore.com/search.html?searchval=407BUNQRTR). I thought this would be significantly heavier duty, but to my surprise it is almost indistinguishable. Don't get me wrong, both are solid choices and feel like they will last forever. I have abused them quite a bit and they still look nearly new.

It’s a lil smaller than i would liked but it’s actually great for heating up small portions in the oven !! It’s light and easy to clean.

A few months ago I purchased 2 of the Vollrath 18g half sheets and matching lids, and 2 of the Vollrath 16g quarter sheets with matching lids. Overall they are exceptional and seem to be wearing better than the nordicware sheet pans that I had previously, as I've cooked with them just about every other night.

Excellent small trays for baking. It took awhile to find the answer to my question of whether they can be cleaned with steel wool. The answer is no, they should only be cleaned with non-abrasive pads or else the protective coating will be ruined. The coating isn't a non-stick kind, but it is a coating of some sort that will protect the pans from rusting.

Great for smaller meal prep and cooking such as meals for 1-2 people. Sturdy and has not shown any signs of flexing despite multiple uses.

This is a well made sheet pan, it is a heavy duty aluminum used, last a long time, I use it for baking potatoes, cookies, warming up food items, roasting vegetables and many more products, Its takes time to keep it clean.

This is such a versatile pan because of its size. I have baked with it using parchment paper, and the cookies have all browned evenly. When not used for baking, I use it in the refrigerator to hold fruit or to marinate meat. The pan washes up nicely.

Best sheet pan value for the money... And it Made in the USA. Heck yeah. Nice and sturdy, and I feel really comfortable serving burgers, dogs, and Q on these with liners, knowing the customer interfaces with it and they don't feel cheap. No need to 'support the bottom', and no worry about flexing or bending when carrying out, even when loaded up with food.

Not a chef or in the business, but do like to cook for friends and so I've seen these as "plates" at some establishments and thought it would be fun to do for a fish fry supper we were having for friends...quite the hit. Held big pieces of walleye, slaw, potatoes...easy clean-up...store nicely, too. Price-wise, they can't be beat, actually, and being made in the USA is a very nice benefit (and something I was looking for!). Great product, in or out of, the kitchen.

These sheet pans are absolutely perfect! We use them to put our bath fizzys on so the fizzys can air out before we package them. They can hold 70 bath fizzys (e.i a bath fizzy is the size of a smaller cookie). Very strong and sturdy. We're happy with our purchase.

This is a durable and priced right product! The Vollrath 1/4 size pan is very versatile, everything from baking, to prep for the grill to even using them as a serving tray for a complete meal. Will be buying more of these for sure!

These fit perfectly in our 1/4 size convection oven. We have already reordered because we love them! I would recommend hand washing though. We sent a couple through the dishwasher and they came out all discolored and splotchy. Now we know, so no big deal. Just a heads up for others!

The size of this pan was a little small but that was my fault. I ordered wrong. These are great for making a small amount of product. I make vegan sticky buns and 6 comes with my order and this works perfectly. Cleans up really well also.

These tiny baking pans fit perfectly in our countertop oven. You can fit 6 cookies on a pan, maybe 8 if you're making small cookies or don't mind them running together a little bit.
