This seems to be a pretty sturdy spatula and can really with stand the high temperatures as what is in the name. It cannot withstand food coloring though, so beware, it will stain your spatula.

By far and away my favorite spatulas, I have these in a few sizes. The rubber is a perfect balance of malleable and firm, scraped bowls and spreads batters very well. I even cook with these even though I generally stay away from plastic or rubber cooking utensils. Don't forget to get the smallest one for your jars and sauces!

I needed another high heat spatula as my other one has worn out. This will do the job. Not a fan of the "holey" handle.

These spatula are nice and sturdy for cooking. They are durable. They are high heat durable. We use them for day to day cooking and operations.

Vollrath makes some great quality items. They tend to be a bit more expensive, but last a long time. We would definitely recommend this item.

Solid build and quality. Feels sturdy and easy to handle, light enough to use for extended tasks but strong enough to really maneuver heavy duty jobs like folding 15+ pounds of cookie dough. Promising choice.

If you need a rubber spatula this is the one to buy. Spend the extra money and get the high heat one since you can also use it for cold products. This spatula sits in our water on the flat top and doesnt bend or melt at all with daily use!

Vollrath 52010 10" High Heat Silicone Spatula are great, we use the for stir fry and they hold up very well to the heat. We love the fact that they do not stain.

Weird thing to say, but this is the best spatula I've ever used. the handle is so sturdy, and it doesn't feel like the silicone part will fall off like it does for many others. Vollrath makes great stuff, and this is no exception.

This spatula is a big boy, and way be a bit unwieldy for your day to day work, but when it comes to stirring large quantities at high heats , or squeegeeing quarts of cake batter out of mixing bowls, this is the best tool for the job.

Great spatula to prevent scratching on stir fry pans. Some restaurant use tongs or wooden spoons. These high heat silicone spatulas get the job done as well

The spatula works well when making scrambled eggs in a pot, but I should have gotten a longer one to cook with skillets and fry pans. The silicone hasn’t melted so far so it does what its supposed to. Maybe the 10” is better suited for mixing bowls, etc

awesome and strong, perfect for even mixing heavy, thick cookie dough, but the edges are soft enough it actually scrapes everything from inside the bowl.

This silicone spatula has served me well so far. Its great at clearing out bowls and containers or scraping up the tasty bits while deglazing a pan for a sauce. The blade conforms well to rounded shapes. It is well constructed and should last a while.

As good as it gets for spatulas. I've never seen one melt under any normal circumstances, and the blade is just the right balance of stiffness and flexibility to get the last bit of food out of that container.

Sturdy and comes in many lengths. Tolerates heat well and lasts forever. We have ordered several of these and they stand up to abuse and don't stain or warp.

These are the BEST. We don't buy them for high heat, as much as we do for the really study build of it for mixing things. We can use these with large mixing bowls and work with a lot of pie filling, cookie dough, etc at once. Buying these is a better investment than the cheaper ones that aren't designed for a heavy mixture.

Vollrath makes great stuff, recently I've purchased their 10" spatula and some more of their economy mixing bowls. The Vollrath high heat silicone spatula is the best spatula I've ever owned, and extremely comfortable for stirring thick ingredients. Also, over the past couples years I've purchased the first 5 sizes of the Vollrath economy mixing bowls. I started with the 1.5, 3, and 4, then just recently added the .75 and the 5. They are exceptional as well as lightweight which is nice when it's time to wash the dishes. The size 4 gets the most use, but they all have their place such as when I'm prepping a lot of food at once.

We have been very pleased with these spatulas and they resist heat and are durable. I highly recommend for restaurants and commercial kitchens and plan to buy more.

These are the only spatulas you should ever buy. I worked, for at time, at a relatively fancy restaurant, and Vollrath were the only spatulas you'd see anywhere in that kitchen. They are durable, withstand high heat, easy to clean, and surprisingly affordable.

This is a good product that holds up well. May be stored in hot water for long periods of time without adhesive breakdown. I would re-purchase this item.

This is a great lower-cost option for a spatula that can resist high heat on a stovetop and has leaves minimal residue. I use this for caramels and it works well at temperature around 350 degrees.

I bought two different sizes of these spatulas and love them both. They are well made, easily cleaned, dry sturdy, and they continue to look good although I have used them many times. I am once again impressed by the quality of kitchen utensils I can buy at Webstaurant!
