This spoon is great for stiring things in late pots such as gumbo. Keeps hands away from the heat and doesn't melt. Washes easy too!

Great Spoon I have used this spoon many times over my gas oven in pans and it has never gotten hot once if you let it sit in the pan for a long time 5 Stars!

I've replaced all my wood and bamboo spoons with these nylon spoons. The tan color is nice and natural, reminiscent of bamboo, and after months of cooking use and dishwasher cleanup haven't stained at all.

these look and feel just like the traditional wooden spoon from every grandmas kitchen but its a high heat plastic that makes it food safe! we love using these to mix cookie dough!

I love to use these spoons in my kitchen. High heat spoons are usually too large and difficult to handle. These have the perfect length for my, cooking needs (home use). I guess for commercial kitchens they may need longer spoons, but they have worked out for me, they are sturdy, very good quality.

I've been using this spoon for years now and I keep coming back to buy more. These will get a bit of damage with heavy use but most of it can be avoided with care and attention.

This product is high heat proof, but it will stain if youre making curry or any dish that has coloring, so be careful, not bad though

These are great sturdy hi heat spoons. Drainage is minimal and clean up is a breeze. We use these spoons in all the lengths. Great everyday spoon.

This is a great nylon prep spoon. I prefer using this over wooden spoons because you can put them through the dishwasher unlike wooden spoons. This one is a little shorter so keep that in mind. I find it gives you a bit better control

Vollrath 15" Tan Hi heat nylon prep spoon. This spoonis very useful and easy to use, my only complaint is that they do stain very easily.

I use the Vollrath eight and a half inch tan high heat nylon prep spoon on a regular basis. We recently started expanding our hot app recipes and this tool has been invaluable. And I always appreciate not having to worry if I left the spoon in a pan. Works well, great solid construction, not too heavy and easy to order.

These are so much nicer than the wooden spoons I used to have. They are a wood color, so it gives the same illusion sitting in my pretty white crocks on the counter. However, maintenance is easy since they are high heat capable and they won’t scratch my pots and pans!

I don't know why I thought these wouldn't look so plastic if I bought the tan color.... I like these because they are high heat so I don't have to worry about them melting. They are a great length for deeper pots.

The Vollrath Hi-Heat Nylon Prep Spoons have become my favorite for those sauces and candy that require constant stirring over hi-heat. I've used them constantly and have had no issues with staining or chipping away of the nylon. They are very sturdy spoons; I highly recommend.

This is a great all purpose spoon. I've used these for over a year and have never had a problem with them. They really do hold up to high temperatures well. They are very strong and sturdy also. Haven't broke one yet but you can tell it would take a lot of force to break one. Definitely would buy again!!

I was tired of my cheap spoons starting to melt and picked this up, It's a little more expensive, but it appears to be indestructable. I got this and the 12 inch version, I much prefer the longer handle.

This is a nice cross between a serving spoon and a the shape of more standard wooden spoon. The nylon material is very durable and won't scratch. Because of its shape and depth, its especially useful to taste soups and sauces for seasoning and very easy to sterilize in between tastings.
