Ordering was easy and customer service was great. The shipping was very fast. However, the quality of the chafers was not what I expected. They are very light weight and clunky. I have rented chafers that were very nice, so I know the difference. Quality just isn't there even at that price. I would like to return them but the customer has to pay return shipping which is ok, but also a 30% restocking fee. Most reputable companies to do not charge restocking fees. Read their polices before you order.

These chafers are perfect for my catering company! Not all events require larger sized chafers, so we love using these for our parties of 50 guests or less. They look elegant and always impress my clients. I'm excited to add more to our inventory. The shipping was super fast as well.

We love the gold accent to product, making it look so expensive, but was a great inexpensive option. We use it for our Famous Low Country Shrimp & Grits that everyone raves about. This chafer is the most impressive for its size. Gold trim on polished chrome dresses up any table. Excellent for spinach dip or chocolate sauce. Cleans up beautifully.

On looks this item stands out on its own and is very well capable of getting the job done like any regular chafer but with a little more class with its gold and silver plating

ALL AROUND EXCELLENT CHAFER FOR THE PRICE DURABLE , with holds heat very well it don’t burn the bottom of your water bowl the golden legs are very streaky The Whole set is great for your up coming events.

Beautiful and Elegant. I used them at a party and everybody was in aww. Plus they clean up easy and went right back in the box. My only concern is after more years of use that I need a holder to storage them in.

We use it for pasta at my friends wedding it fit in the spot great for what we need it for and it held a lot of pasta

This purchase for the round chafing dish was definitely on point. I had my son purchase one as a Christmas gift and then ordered another for myself. The pans holds quite a bit of food and will make that great tasting foid look amazing as well. I love this dish.

I bought two of these. I just love them. I used them for my daughters wedding to serve crabdip. Also have used them to keep soup warm. They hold a lot more then I expected. They are also very pretty.

We ordered six for our home and even though I wasn't sure about the quality with this price but I must say they as better looking in person and very sturdy.

Chafer was perfect and came with all the parts necessary for set up minus the sterno, this was a great buy as the product came in beautifully and it's quality build is definitely a highlight

So shiny. Very nice piece of art. We have the food in the chafer and it was worm and fresh even after 4 hours. I like the gold color of it.

Extremely disappointed; quality of item poor, construction, materials lacked luster and flimsy; not at all what I expected base on the reviews read; doesn't sound like the same product because elegance was far from what i would use to describe this product. Very cheaply constructed; don't think I'm going to get many years of usage out of it as it does not appear that it will hold up through multiple usage. That is a shame because I do a lot of entertaining and love to set up elegant food displays/presentations. This product definitely missed the mark with me!

This item exceeded my expectations! I was planning an event from out of town and had them delivered to a friends job, when I saw these the day of the event I was very happy. The gold accents makes it look very expensive.

This Deluxe 4 Qt. Oval Gold Accent Chafer is very elegant. These chafer will bring a touch of class to any party. took them to school and use them for my restaurant project and my Chef love them and got an "A" on my assignment.

Perfect size chafer for hot hor d'oeuvre, vegetables, meatballs & pasta. Looks very elegant, I like the whole collection. It lost one star because one of mine came without a lid, didn't open until several months after purchase, but I got another lid on here for like $10.

These chaffers are very elegant for any function. The price was great. I would suggest looking at the when they are delivered. One of mine had a long scratch on the gold part. I did use or open them until maybe a month after delivery, I didn't feel like sending them back. Other than that. I love them

Nice for the price, but not the best we have purchased. They sit a bit low and are difficult to polish. Metal is a bit more flimsy than others we have tried. Overall a good value for the price. The gold looks nice and adds a bit of flair to the buffet. Sterno holder is a nice feature too.
