We purchased this in August 2017, the motor failed in May 2018, it was replaced. Now the motor has failed again and we are out of warranty by 2 months. This machine sucks and I would warn anyone who is considering it to get something better.

We bought this product back in 2021 & it still up & running. We utilize it about 4 times per week & still going strong
Cooking is great especially for the chicken , but it is too delicate that you feel it is falling apart so easily, definitely not worth the money. Although the company service is excellent following up.
The Chicken and Roast Pork Belly come out excellent. The only problem is, after owning for over a year, it is starting to fall apart. The temperature knob has melted, the door has come off and the pin required to secure the rotating element has come off. We needed to insert a new pin at least 3 times. The performance is excellent but the durability has become a problem.
love it.. as Described, Fast shipping. Only thing I do not like is that after the 2 hours the chicken become really dry. It wil have to be turn off but the chicken becomes really cold
My catering company has owned this over for 12 years, and it is amazing for weddings and banquets! The chickens come out so juicy and the price cannot be beat!
