Door will not stay shut hut after one year. Zero support.. I tried to get help with both the seller and manufacturer without success. DO NOT buy this oven.

I have been very pleased with this oven overall. It bakes very consistent, and is used fairly heavily in our coffee shop. My only complaint is that half sheets can be fit in the oven, but only when most racks are removed. The hardware that is mounted inside restricts pans from sliding in, the lightbulb does as well. For half sheets do fit inside at once if items that are baking are cookies or something that does not require much space. Double loaf pans only fit in this oven angled, and you are limited to two. I would purchase again.

we wore this out in less than a year. We have had it repaired twice and finally gave up and ordered a different oven because of the excessive use

We used this like crazy for an outdoor fair. It did the job cooking biscuits from frozen to nice and fluffy. It would be great for light use.

This is a great little convection oven. It's a great size for our little coffee shop. It holds temperature well and bakes our pastries and muffins to perfection.
I have been using this oven for 5 years now. It cooks with ease and the best thing is it fits well right where I need it, No exhaust or hood needed for this oven. Great for baking or cooking anything you need.
