Great quality, nothing beats the original SilPat. It has a perfect release and so far, the flavor sharing between foods is not noticeable although I know it could become problematic. My roasted potatoes and biscuits just slide right off.

Simply the best we use them for everything from making Choux to rolling out dough. Hand wash them each time they are used with Dawn soap and put them in the oven to keep them looking brand new

You cannot go wrong with the best mat on the market. They work like a charm and have no negative impact on baking cookies or pouring pecan pralines onto. Everything comes off perfectly. This was the best match for the #407HALF12G bakers man half size sheet pans.

It is easy to use, durable, and reusable forever. I do not have to buy waxing paper or other oven paper anymore just for only one time use.

This is the largest mat size I could find, and covers all the baking pans that I currently own. Nothing sticks to this, which is awesome!

I absolutely love this silicone baking mat. It fits beautifully into a half-sheet pan, it has straight corners for easy removal and it is very easy to clean.

Very quality silpat may. Shipped in with other items simply between brown sheets of paper. Easy to use & clean. We store ours hanging from a rack with clothes pins so they become completely dry before stacking.

We use these for baking cookies and freezing ice cream for ice cream sandwiches. Things don't stick to them and they clean up beautifully. The are a workhorse.

silpats are truly a great invention. they are a little pricey since they are name brand, but they do hold up! definitely worth it if you do much baking

These are great. I bought a couple of these and have been extremely happy with their performance. If you treat these right, they will last for a very long time.

This quarter size silicone mat is amazing. Prevents the need to scrape pans, and it's very thick. It seems like it will stand up to a lot of repetitive use and the dishwasher.

We have used cheaper quality ones as well as these. Cheaper ones become dry and thin over time and need to be replaced all the time. These stay better.

These are hands down the best quality silicone baking mat you can buy. Save on parchment or foil as well as cleanup time. Tip: make sure you have a good place to dry these. A clothes drying rack works well to line them up and let them dry after cleaning and before storage.

The mat is very durable and has lasted much longer than some of the other brands i have bought. The non stick surface is really good, everything comes right off with no issue.

I love my new Sasa Demarle Silpat baking mat. This mat is going to save me some money because I no longer need to use parchment paper. A true non stick mat. I will buy more

We bought these to use for sugar work and candy making, but they are also great for making tuiles and other wafer cookies. Also great as a surface to make royal icing decorations on.

Silpats are easily my favorite kitchen tool, could be used for all things pastry makes cleanup easy and helps producing items like marshmallows or meringues

This is a great alternative to using parchment paper! It is very easy to clean, just wash with soap and water, and super easy to use! I think it will last at least 5 years

these are so great for baking. no fear of cookies or other baked goods burning on the mats. we use them in our restaurnat. easy to clean too.

These are a great tool for alot of things. I never buy anything offbrand and always get silpat. They last long and I don’t mind paying the price. I use these to roll dough at my shop, Cinn City Bakery.

The Sasa Demarle, SILPAT 8x12 Quarter sized Silicone mat is your quarter sheet pan's best friend. Seriously, you don't know what you've been missing with silicone baking mats until you use one and with Silpat's quality until buy one. It's just the perfect upgrade to Parchment paper and more versatile than parchment since it won't absorb moisture or oils. Also, unlike parchment, the Silpat stays put on its sheet pan with a sort of static cling grip, unlike parchment flopping about. Cleaning a Silpat is easy, just wash while still in place on the pan, remove and then wash the pan. All in all a great product that you'll love if you finally decide to take the plunge and pay double the other brand's silicone mat, but its well worth it for Silpat's quality.

What a great product! Silpat non-stick baking mats are the best and this works like a charm. It’s keeps everything from sticking and is an awesome addition in my kitchen. Be aware, it’s very large!

The Silpat baking sheets are one must have baking mat that should be in all kitchens. It's easy to clean and nothing sticks to it.

This SILPAT is great for making macaroons, cookies, bread... anything you don't want sticking, and don't want to spread. Flexible. Only downside is that they always seem to stay slightly greasy.

I've had this mat for years. Works great and nothing ever sticks to it. A bit pricier on than other available mats, but the quality is well worth it.

These are very helpful for baking cookies. No spray required, and it cuts down on the number of pans we have to wash. These wipe down easily with a paper towel.

This backing mat is wonderful! It rolls up for storage, and is an excellent non-stick solutions for baked goods in our restaurant. It's also great for rolling out certain dough recipes on it.

I've tried other brands of baking mats, but Silpat is the only one I keep coming back to. They may cost more, but they are definitely worth every penny! I used to bake with parchment paper several years ago but after trying the silpat mat, I happily converted to all silpats!

Silpat is the ultimate baking mat for any baker - and I do lots of it. The fact that you can get it as a full size and for this price is a plus. Remember - it is a full size - so it is large - If you use a home size oven, you are better off with the Half-Size Silpat.
