Firstly, I will be buying more of these. You can't wreck them. I found this out because one of our cooks, who we've nicknamed "Set it and forget it", essentially turned red sauce into molten lava on the stove and then let it eat flame until it turned to this unsettling black beast. I thought the pan was shot. It wasn't. It came off. Don't get me wrong, it took some elbow grease, but I've seen other pans bite the dust because of junk like that.

Heats up quickly, as expected. Very light weight. Only thing I don't enjoy is the handle: the edges are sharp. They're not sharp enough to cut you but, when the pot is full, it digs into your hand/skin. Not bad for a cheap pan but, that's my only beef with it.

I wanted a very lightweight pot, because of a wrist injury that made dishwashing a real pain. This is a very light pot. Just aluminum, no coating. It's fine for heating soups, leftovers. Take care not to scorch it and it will last.

I bought for uses like warming up a portion of sauce, melting butter, etc... where I really don't need to use one of my stainless sauce pans.

we use this for a back up the material is good and strong for a sauce pot and i think it is a good price

Fast-heated and getting the food done at no time. Great for one serve of soup, sauce, so we don't waste energy and time on bigger pot.

This pan is good for making my sauces and dips for service my patrons nothing sticks making clean up a breeze I enjoy using this item

The quality of these was much better than expected. We used them right after we washed them and they didn't stain or get hard to clean.

Wow, I love this pan! For the price, it is perfect for a large application of uses. I use it especially for making small batches of sauces and could not be more pleased. It’s a cheap but very useful pan that will last a long time

The handle is a little uncomfortable since it's too squarish, but i really like it. it's cheap. it heats up nicely. Would buy it again.

Not bad for electric stove but would not use on a gas stove. The bottom is not heavy at all and the material feels very thin.

Great sauce pan, can be used in many things. The handle bar is pretty long, but do gets hot in some occasions. I also brought this in other sizes.

This is a solid pan for heating up sauces, but probably not for much else. It's pretty thin, so things would probably burn if you tried to saute in this pan.

I like how small it is great for making quick sauces - I would order a bigger one and I would also recommend this little one for small projects.

For the money this is a great sauce pan it’s wrong and it’s made very well it’s also made to last I recommend these for all kinds of restaurants .

We mainly use it as a dipper. Tranfer finished soup to 16qt container with this dipper and it will make your life so much easier. Best deal you can find and Highly recommend it.

When you need a big dipper this si the one for you. I love it it works great as a pan and as a giant ladle

The Town 1 Qt. Tapered Aluminum Sauce Pan/ Dipper is well made and sturdy. It heats evenly and nothing sticks to the bottom. This is great for everyday use at any restaurant.

I use this 3 qt. Sauce pan for cooking hard voiled eggs. I also use it as a boy or boiler to melt chocolate. It is the perfect size.

I have a bunch of these and use them to melt different colors of chocolate. the pots are great quality and are the most perfect size.

great product. easy to clean. definitely thick enough for all of the curries that we served but not so thick to the point where it takes forever to get the pan heated

This is a very inexpensive one court tapered aluminum sauce pan it's very durable and lightweight it works really good as a scoop or two with those measurements on the outside of the pan

Solid pan, good quality for the price. We were not able to use it for our intended purpose, but would recommend for others who need a sturdy sauce pan.

A better quality pan than the price would lead you to believe. The handle isn't the most durable, but for general use it is a good pan.

Great heavy duty pot. It does give a metallic flavor to acidic sauces like tomato, so make sure to use a different pot. But this has been great for holding soups and little demi's

This 2 qt sauce pan is really great! the small size is great just to grab easily for small sauces i also use it to double boil with a small bowl over it

These are a little bit thinner than we had expected, but will do the job just fine. Over all they seem to be a good product.

This was my 2nd pan to purchase after getting the 3qt model. I have used this to make my sorbet liquid and it gets the sorbet to a great simmer in no time at all. And once I am finished reducing the liquid, I submerge the bottom part of the pan in a ice bath and the aluminum really helps to cool the liquid within a minute or so. I will definitely buy other sizes of this pan. And don;t forget the silicone grip handle that you need to purchase seperately at a great price.

OK pot wish I had paied a little more attention to detail in the pictures. The handle on the pot is much lower quality than expected.

Great little aluminum pan. Lightweight, versatile and really has a great shine to it. Rivets seem sturdy and adequate. This can't be beat for the price.

The quality of the sauce pan is excellent. I bought it for the restaurant. The size is big and able to hold lots stuff. My cooks are very happy with it. Will be back and order more.

I couldn't believe how cheap this pan was so I bought a few different sizes for home use. The handle gets hot and the silicone handles on the site are not made to fit, but they can be forced on the handle. I didn't like the discoloration I saw in the pan as I cooked different things in it (and couldn't scrub off). I'll stick with stainless steel pans from here on out.

This is the smallest pot in my kitchen and actually, I ended up using it as a big food scooper for stews, soups, sauces and much more

Nice tapered to court and I like it it's perfect size for making sausage it's also nice that it's tapered so the one quart tapered pin will fit inside of that for storage

A nice small sauce pan for making small batches of sauces or for reheating small amounts of product. The only downside was it's a bit thinner then I expected but still feel like it has durability.

The price of the pan was good. I was a little disappointed that the pan wasn't as heavy as I anticipated and the handle was thinner. My mistake though, I'll be buying heavier pans next time.
