This wok is huge and heavy duty. It's quite heavy as well, so make sure you have the arm strength to carry it around as needed!

These 14 inch mandarin wok is awesome i love it works great for all my needs mostly when i cook some chinese food and comes out perfectly and delicious and this wok very sturdy!!

I've checked around for a better price, and even figuring in shipping, this is still the best buy. Very nice quality l, like it a lot

Bigger than expected. Heavy duty feel so get the ring to help avoid arm strain. Love having a wok this size for stir fry foods. Definitely good for commercial use, a bit much for the home.

This is a very robust wok. The weight is just right, easy to handle and 14" makes it easy to prepare a generous meal for a crowd. It will last for a long time if you take good care of it. It requires a little bit of maintenance just like any other carbon steel wok. Don't forget to keep it dry and well seasoned.

We have used this wok a handful of times now and it works great! Just remember to season it correctly before using and we have no problems cleaning it or keeping food from sticking to the side walls. The handle also stays cool because it is hollow. Would purchase again!

The Town 14” Mandarin Wok is a great quality Wok. It heats evenly and it is very durable. The handle doesn’t get too hot and the price is great. I would recommend.

So I followed the directions to "cure" the wok, cooked a fantastic monogolian beef meal with it, cleaned it, and treated it again. The next morning I wake up to find the wok rusted not just on the outside but also all over on the inside. I expected better from this website as I usually love everything I buy from here but I am Horribly disappointed with this wok and wish I'd never bought it. Waste of money.

On the first use, the black wok outside got mixed to the food. I had to throw. will probably not buy this item again from here. Bad experience.

I. Ought 2 of these items. One for me and one for my sister in law who is from the Philippines. Mine has been great but my sister in laws has turned white, seems there was a coating in the pan that came out. It was seasoned as instructed. Now it makes me wonder if mine has been coated with any product. Thought this was quality material?

This wok has a good shape with round bottom that is easy to glide on a wok range. But the soldering part of the handle is terrible done. See the pictures with the see thru light just after a week of use.

excellent product. It came very well packaged. And in a timely manner. After following directions for seasoning . I was ready to take it for a spin. I was amazed. It is ver sturdy.Nothing sticks and is very easy to handle for stir frying.

The handle of the wok seems to be storing rust in it. When i wash the handle at the end of the night, rust literally pours out. Very strange. Very cheaply made. Go to an Asian market and buy a better one

Lightweight, affordable, and easy to season wok. Cooked scallions and ginger after coating the pot with lard and heating it on a communal grill. Use gloves when handling.

You cannot beat the price for this Mandarin style 16 inch wok. It’s the perfect size, any bigger is a little clunky and hard to handle. This one is deep enough to handle a large order of fried rice

if you are looking for a light wok where you can flip your food with one hand while you are cooking, this is the wok for you. It is an easy wok to cook with because it is light. It only weighs 2lbs.4 oz. But it is also thin. Because it is thin, it cools quickly so you'll need to have a high flame and heat while stir frying but it heats up fast and it great for stir frying.

I love this Town 14" wok for cooking fried rice and stir fry vegetables. I love that it holds a lot of food while cooking. It is also easy to cleans and can be seasoned well so that it will not rust.

I am very happy with the quality of my 16 " Mandarin Wok ... I stirred up two bunches of Broccoli raab and it was a pleasure to cook it all at once and not have it falling out of my pan . Great for quick stir fry meals .

I Love this wok ! It looks just like the kind I see when I go to a local chinese take out restuarant. The size of this wok allows me to stir fry a bulk sized bag of my favorite mixed vegetables, or rice , or most other foods requiring steaming. The optional ring lifts the pan at least 2 inches above the direct flame fior better control. The wok isn’t fancy , just a plain looking sturdy cooking device , that will give you years of good use. My only detraction is that I wish the handle was more user friendly. The handle is round and hollow, It would have been easier had the handle been flat with perhaps a hard-plastic covering, but other than that, great cooking device, highly recommend.

This work is a bit thin so the metal bends easily. Time will tell whether it will warp beyond usable. It's still pretty good for the price. The bottom isn't perfectly round either but doesn't seem noticeable while stir-frying with a wok ladle. I recommend 16" and larger wok to stir fry Asian vegetables or cooking for 3 or more people.

It is the good product. Material is suit to use for hard work in the kitchen. Absolutely easy to clean. It is quick reaching to high heat.

I love this wok. It is sturdy but light weight. My family enjoys stir fry meals weekly so this wok comes in very handy for us.

A nice lightweight, but well constructed 14" mandarin wok. This is great for sautéing chicken breasts or stir frying vegetables. The wok cleans up really well.

Large 16' wok's allowing cooking multiple same entrees at a time. In a 14' wok I can cook 2 fried rices at the same time but I end up lossing a lot of rice during the tossing process. Recommended if you do heavy volume.

My husband is a chef and he loves this wok. It's not heavy. He loves making fried rice on it and tastes amazing. It's easy to clean and a great price!

Light weight, fast reaction to changes in heat. Mandarin handle is longer and helps keep hand away from the flame compared to Cantonese style. Weld is a bit rough and could have been ground down better.

Great wok for the price. All the cooks love using this, and nothing can beat the price. It also looks great and authentic. Only worry is how long it can actually last. Not as heavy as it looks.

This is an awesome classic style wok. The handle is steel and welded onto the wok itself. This will require some seasoning but after that it will be good to go and last for a very long time.

My cook said they like it because it is very light when they cook food it get hot very fast and food come out look good

This wok looks really nice, WILL NOT FIT ON NORMAL STOVE/BURNER, ONLY ORDER FOR COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT. Besides that it is a great wok and will last lifetimes if properly cared for.

Unbelievable product for such a great price. Works great at home with my gas stove top creating my stir-fry recipes with ease. Take your time to properly season this pan.

After seasoning this properly as per the video supplied the first time I used this the entire dinner was ruined because the black coating came off the pan onto my food. I do not recommend this product. I did not return it because the 30 day window had closed by the time I seasoned the pan properly to use

This Mandarin Wok is nice. I don't really like how hard it is to keep clean. I never seem to be able to get it 100 percent clean.

Not sure what happened. We followed the directions to 'cure' it with the oil. We were able to use it one time for a very nice meal. Washed it and treated it again. That was when we noticed all of the black coating on the pan had come off at the bottom center of the pan. Not sure if that was supposed to happen or not. Not sure if we did the oil treatment correctly, since the instructions say to wait until it turns black (the pan is black to begin with!). We tossed it in the trash. Not worth the effort or cost to return it. I'm giving it one star. In terms of cooking it was great, but the end result, with the loss of coating...didn't want to take the chance to cook with it again.

The work is made of quality materials so it works perfect for Asian food or any other thing that you need the pan really how.

Simple, durable and tremendous value! I now have 2 of these and use directly on charcoal on my grill for Farmers Market demonstrations. Easy clean an maintain.
