Personally, I despise white chocolate (it's not even chocolate!), but that's actually why I like this product. It really doesn't taste like true white chocolate. It's much closer to sweetened condensed milk than anything. Great in coffee and an top of cheesecake.

I like this syrup but to me it tastes more like vanilla then white chocolate. It is great over fresh berries for a little extra indulgence. It blends well in iced lattes. It’s a nice treat over muffins or pastries that need a little extra something. It’s smooth, sweet, and dissolves easily in cold beverages.

To be honest if you are looking for a really good white chocolate sauce the one I have tried and like the best is Ghirardelli. To me this one has a weird after taste to it and I'm not a big fan of it. I absolutely love and know a lot of people who love white chocolate mocha coffee drinks but would rather make a drink with something else rather than drink this. Some people may like the taste but I do not find it to be a true white chocolate taste.

Torani makes a great white chocolate syrup, people cant taste too much of a difference between brands but it seems to be a noticeable difference.

I used this White Chocolate Sauce with the Monin Raspberry syrup to make Raspberry White Chocolate Lattes, both hot and cold and they came out delicious. As with any sauce and especially white chocolate, you need to be careful how much you use as its very sweet.
