This chef master professional carbide hand held knife sharpener is very easy to use! Couple strokes and the knife is like brand new again. Perfect item.

Tried it out and it sharpened nicely. We have many knives that need sharpened and go through these fast. First time trying this brand. Looks like sharpen with knife upside down. Maybe this way staff won’t plow through them so fast.

I’m actually really sad because I love this sharpener and just recently lost it in my kitchen drawers. (Big shocker I didn’t put it back in my knife roll). Don’t buy just one!

This is a great little sharpener! I don't have a lot of space in my food truck, so having a small, hand-held sharpener is a must. This does a great job & is super easy to use. I definitely recommend.

This knight sharpener was really bad ideal to purchased. we tried to sharpener the knife, but it doesn't works at all. Try other brand if you have other choice.

A good little tool to have for inexperienced cooks that need to sharpen a knife on the fly. These types of sharpeners take off quite a bit of metal, but work well for cheap kitchen knives.

Purchased for use in a Seafood Department. This item works ok. Not as good as a stone sharpener or steel. But in a pinch for what it is, it works ok.

You get what you pay for. The sharpener held up okay but the body eventually cracked and I had to throw away the unit. Worth keeping in the knife drawer for a quick sharpen but does not replace the traditional sharpening stone.

still one of my favorite go to knife sharpeners. tried and true, old school. same product as its always been, and at a good price.

Not a big fan of this sharpener. It just feels like it's an accident waiting to happen. The black protective strip has broken and leave the hand completely exposed while sharpening your knife. Get yourself and stone or something to sharpen. The price is attractive but it's not the best quality.
