In our shop one of the things that we do is we roll ice cream. This scraper is a wide one and it allows us to evenly spread the product on to the plate prior to rolling it up. You must note before buying this product, that you must be willing to maintain these in order to maximize their longevity. Simply put, due to the wood handles the dishwasher is a huge NO NO ! Instead show them some love by running them thru a manual Wash, Rinse, Sanitize cycle , and then allow them to air dry where they are not stacked upon one another. I started using these in a busy food court setting, and with simple care, this scraper has lasted me for going on two years, which is a lot longer than I expected. :)

when you work with a lot of doughs, little bits of flour and things tend to get stuck on your table and they can sometimes be a pain to completely remove. having a scraper on hand like this is super handy and useful. this one is really heavy (in a good way) and feels super solid. the beveled scraper blade is really useful for getting everything up

This is a heavy duty grill scraper. It has a nice wood handle that doesn't get too hot if let by the grill. It is great for keeping the griddle clean.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. I've had a very tough time buying a good quality scraper for my griddle. we primarily use this for shaving steak and the great thing about this one is that it is very sturdy and doesn't rattle in your hand. It may have taken me a few years and a few sub-par products before finding this one; i'm just glad I finally did.

If you have a flattop griddle... You definitely need this handy Grill Scraper. It removes all the stuck on food left after cooking. It is a great tool to have.

This is my favorite for the grill. Great for flipping burgers or cleaning. Strong enough to chop up some meat and the handle doesn't hold a lot of heat. I will always buy these!

This grill scraper works really well for grilling burger. It's great for flipping and pressing down on them as well. It is easy to clean and maintain.

Good quality scraper for the cost. Using it to clean off my flat top grill and it works just fine. After scrubbing with some grill screens this scraper helps get all the loose gunk and excess liquid off the top. Lightweight but still sturdy.

Better quality than I thought, but it's a little too sharp to use for scraping anything off plastic or wood. And if I'm scrapping metal, I feel like I'm putting metal shavings in the food. Good for a grill, or on a marble slab. But I was planning to use it for chocolate on molds or sheet pants, and a plastic scraper ended up being better.

This is a nice scraper for the price. Its scrapes pretty smooth and it feels good when you hold it. The handle might be small for someone with larger hands.

This is a very well priced heavy duty scraper. I bought a pair for chopping and cleaning my blackstone griddle. They work great. One thing I noticed though is that hest travels though the metal and makes the circular holes hot, making some holding positions difficult especially when you need that extra force.

Excellent quality, feels sturdy, scrapes off things from griddle easily. The edge is angled on one side, metal gauge is fairly thick not thin or flimsy.

This does exactly what it was designed to do. I use this for my restaurant to scrape off our grill and it works perfectly. The design is durable and I feel this will last me a long time. It is a bit wider than I anticipated, which makes it a bit harder to push the scrapings in the grease trap, but it's nothing to complain about as it can be worked with

Nice scrapper with a solid handle. The metal is thick and sturdy. I've paid more for worse scrapers, thats for sure. I did have to grind down the edge a little to get it flat - the edges were a little poked out and didn't let me scrape evenly.

Very sturdy standard scraper. Do not wash in a machine because of the wooden handle. Very useful for heavy duty cleaning. I would definitely recommend.

This scraper has made it really easy to clean our grill. You do not have to apply too much pressure, which is nice. Durable and has been withstanding our daily usage of it.

This is a heavy-duty scraper, I am over satisfied with this scraper. It is stiff, and the edge is sharp enough to open bacon or hotdog plastic packages. When using it to clean griddle, it takes almost everything off, and leaves the surface needing only a wipe down with a paper towel.

These have the best use for us when we use 2. One on each hand to gather and serve our food . they also work great for scraping up when it's clean up time.

we use this for our sheet pans in the dish area. works great. the repetitive water logging does not affect it at all. holds its own.

I bought this scraper to use for slab tempering chocolate and got much good use out of it before switching to a different tempering method. I still use it to scrape hardened chocolate off of flat surfaces. The handle allows for a much more comfortable grip than a traditional bench/pastry scraper, making repetitive work significantly easier on the wrist. The blade is even, thick, and strong. The handle is a little loosely riveted to the metal blade but not in a way where it would actually fall off, so I won't take any stars off for that.
