first day on the tables and they look bad. the flat black paint shows every greasy fingerprint. We are constantly wiping them off. would not purchase again, looking at other options so we can take them off the floor

Thus napkin dispenser is a very good product. It's perfect for cafes, barista, diners etc. It doesn't takes up much space on the counter or table.

This napkin holder/dispenser is nice, it looks good but I think the spring is too strong, so many times the napkins get stuck and then they break.

Purchased as an impulse buy/gift for a local business owner. It looked nice, reasonably sturdy and should give at least a few good years of service before it needs replacing. Item was exactly as pictured. A very reasonably priced unit all around.

Tablecraft Tall Fold Napkin Dispenser in Black is a solid product. Sometimes the napkins can be hard to pull out if you over fill it so be careful.

These are really cute. I like the black color, as it goes well with my restaurant decor. That said, what I really don't like is how every hand print shows. We have to be constantly wiping them down with cleaning solutions, which is a real pain, specially when we're busy...

Nice napkin dissenters however they do scratch easy so you have to be careful about that. Other than that I really recommend these to anyone.

Table craft makes some great pieces for front and back of house, these bright red napkin dispensers are heavy duty and look great. hold the paper tight too.

This is an amazing product. The holder that webstaurant recommended did not fit the napkins properly, however this holder does. The napkins do not "spill" out the edges and are properly held in place. Very sleek looking too for the price. Highly recommended and have ordered at all my stores.

This is sturdy, super affordable, and has a wonderful retro look to it. It sounds funny to say because it's just a napkin holder, but it's really quite charming!

These are not made very well. They look a whole lot better then they actually function unfortunately. I think the issue is the spring in the back and the metal backing. The napkins get stuck very quickly!

These napkin dispensers are great for mobile businesses. We have very limited space on our customer side counter top and these hardly take up any space at all.

This dispenser looks good and matches our restaurant nicely. It is sometimes difficult to get a napkin out, however. This could be an issue with tallfold napkins in general but it's easy to tear one or pull out too many at a time. Not the most efficient dispenser but it's pretty.

Very standard, but also pretty great. Simple to refill. Low profile. And pretty sturdy. I've seen an unsupervised kid chuck these across the room, and they survive!

We loved these so much, we are replacing all of our napkin holders with them. Also found that the black surface is like a chalkboard and we are able to write messages on them for the tables!

These napkin dispensers are great and a great value for the money spent. I only give them a 4 instead of a 5 because they do get greasy fingerprints on them easily & always need to be wiped down. We did have one that the bottom feet broke off, other than that the rest of them have held up. They are easy to load and the color suits our place.

The color option is much appreciated as most dispensers are your standard gray, clear, black, etc colors. The Tallfold napkins are not my favorite as they are a bit tough to remove from dispenser without taking various napkins. I would recommend another napkin type to reduce waste.

Bought enough of these units to place on every table. My only complaint is customers take more than they need due to the compactness of the napkins. Good value for the unit but costs more due to unused napkins pulled out.

we have red accents in the restaurant and picked these only because of the color. Finding matching napkins is a bit hard, the ones that come designed for this size are the never ending "tissue" type napkins, which makes the overall look of the dining area look a bit messy with all dispensers having a napkin sticking out. the metal piece against which the napkins lay gets stuck sometimes, which isn't too big of an issue. other than that they look nice and matched out interior.

This is a decent napkin dispenser. It stays put when you pull out napkins and doesn't get 'finger-printy' like the stainless steel models, we've added some stickers to personalize ours.

I have about 7 or 8 of these, overall ok, a little on the weak side, a couple of them where skewed a bit out of the box but i could bend them back to shape. They hold a lot of napkins. I put a sticker on them to customize them a little.

Purchased for placement on the side of our snow cone machine due to its smaller size as the shelf is pretty narrow. Good weight. It's pretty much what you see used in restaurants.

Extremely functional and decorative napkin holders that fit our budget. The napkins I ordered were way too thin and people had to take about 8 to get a decent quantity to wipe their faces on, but that wasn't the dispenser's fault. Nice product.

Great napkin dispenser. It is very useful for a small cafe like mine. I have one where the orders are picked up so customers can take as they please and it fits all tallfold napkins which is great too.

This tallfold napkin dispenser has a nice look to it. However, I decided not to use it in my business. It requires frequent reloading and customers tended to take lots of napkins as it does not dispense one at a time.

Like all Table craft products this was not a surprise well made and fits well in our Retro Styed cook shack at the Farmers market.

These are great. We have one on our main counter and it holds the napkins well, but not too tight to the point where they rip napkins. Good quality.

These are so cute! I ordered four of them for the tables in my shop. The napkins that fit in them are offered on this site too and are inexpensive too yet work perfectly. They all arrived in pristine shape with no assembly required. Definitely pleased with this purchase.

I have a red food truck so we put this out on the table when we take the truck out, it's adorable and of course functional.
