Do not put these in a high temp dishwasher. The insulating foam on the inside expands and they will break apart. The foam stays expanded so you can't even try to fix them.

A cheap and effective coffee carafe. I actually tested the temperature and it dropped from 171.6 to 157 degrees in 90 minutes. A great product.

This thermal coffee server is decent and I will continue to use it (mostly because I'm too cheap to return it or replace it), but it definitely does NOT keep the coffee "hot for 6 hours" as the description claims. Even after three hours I am having to microwave the coffee after I pour it.

It’s a good product. Maintains temperature very well. Milk and cream stayed cool for over 12 hours. The lid closes tight and It does not leak in travel but it’s a bit hard to open and close. Excellent value at bargain price. Highly recommend.

This carafe, although nice, sturdy and affordable is not worth it. This product did not even last 2 weeks before it started leaking and a part had broken off. DO NOT recommend this product.

I love this thermal server! It is lined to keep liquids hot or cold. It holds about 8 cups of liquid so t easily serves 8-10 small to medium cups of coffee or tea. It keeps liquids hot for long periods of time. The lid secures quite easily, and has a spout that opens when you press the lever with your thumb (unlike other servers that you have to unscrew the lid to pour). It has a stylish swirl design, a fun shape, and a shiny exterior...very attractive server. I bought one in white and black to use for serving coffee and tea at my cooking club events and it has worked very well. Our events go for about 2-3 hours and these servers have worked beautifully for our needs. I would buy again and I would recommend them to a friend!

I purchased this for decaf coffee for individual use. It is the perfect size for a food tray and keeps the coffee hot for hours.

I purchased 12 of these for our church - meetings and luncheons. The coffee stayed hot for the two hours I needed them. 3 of the lids have broken - springs are loose. I tried to get replacement lids but not able. Poor investment - will have to look elsewhere for something compatible. I am very disappointed in this product.

Nice large size, keeps coffee hot. The lid is a little tricky sometimes, it is imperative that it get put on correctly.

I bought a few of these, and in less than a couple months 2 of them broke. The top part came apart on one, and the other one broke where you push down to pour the coffee. I used a similar style at a different restaurant and never had issues, so I thought I would be getting the same quality. They do not keep coffee hot hardly at all. I guess I should've known, you get what you pay for. I'm ready to just throw them all away and buy a better quality product.

Absolute trash. Don't waste your money. It doesn't keep hot, or cold. I bought 3, all in the trash now. I upgraded to a Choice thermal pump style canister which keeps hot/cold for hours! A far better option. Spend a little more, get more. This is a landfill product.

Bought for Etiquette Lab Class and is perfect for small tables when serving. So glad you offer different sizes and the black color.

We purchased 6 of these carafes and didn't use them right away because large events were not going on at the time, but since things have opened up and we have been having larger events these carafes have been used and all 6 leak at the seam after a few uses. These are not built like the ones we have had for 15 years.

These coffee carafes were just what we needed! The screw on kids seal tight so we don’t have any spills and the coffee stays hot for way longer the. We expected.

Holds up great! Our senior residents enjoy boiling hot water. Other carafes that we have used have melted on the inside because of the super hot water, but this carafe has maintained its shape and color despite continues use.

Bought 2. Neither seals tightly and coffee is not hot after only one hour. I should have realized with the price being so low. Will not be buying again.

To be honest, I purchased these for a music theater prop, but they are the perfect size for table service; it keeps beverages at the desired temp. without taking up a lot of room on the table. And they look great on stage!

this 20 oz thermal its easy to fill and also really easy to wash. it does not spill or leak which its really good also the handgrip its good

The top is very difficult to remove and replace. They pour very poorly. Webstaurant Store would not take returns since they were tested to see how they worked.

The price is great but the covers have pieces inside that jiggle inside and make the entire pot unusable. There should be a way to just get new covers for these as the pot itself holds up very well.

Purchased these to use for church functions, dinners, showers, etc. After the 2nd time using them, at least 10 of 24 lids fell apart. The spring-loaded button is now useless. They can still be used, but the coffee doesn't stay as hot and the liquid gets up inside the broken lid. Wish we would have splurged on a better quality carafe.

We purchased for breakfast area for keeping cold milk for guests. Box says it is for hot liquids. Not sure why it will not work for cold. Trying.

Perfect for our high volume restaurant. Our servers can be so much more efficient and cater to many more tables by allowing large parties access to as much coffee refills as they need without having to wait for a server or bussboy. Good quality and heavy duty feeling...

It's a good looking carafe, and cool to the touch on the outside even when full of hot coffee. Also holds a LOT of coffee. Enough for my multiple cups and to share!

The carafe has an amazing, sleek design and a snug lid that will aid in keeping my coffee hot. I researched several brands and read the reviews before purchasing this particular carafe. The price is great and shipping was quick.

The reason I ordered it is because we have a coffee club at work and we were using the pump type coffee Urn which was getting tiring and I thought a pour type Urn would work better. So when I discovered the Carafe, I ordered it right away.

This coffee carafe is a perfect size. The customers love when we bring it over and leave for them on the table. We will continue to purchase them as we need.

These are great! We actually use them to hold our ice cream base, which is poured into measuring cups and then onto our cold plates. These holds a lot of base, and keeps the ice cream base at the proper temperature, but we do put in the refrigerator when not using.

It stay hot for a good amount of time. Just have to make sure you really seal the lid. But the white is so pretty and i would totally recommend if your having a dinner party and its dessert time and your serving coffee as well.

This thermal carafe keeps hot liquids hot for a little while. Don’t expect to serve hot liquids from this carafe for long periods of time. Plastic inside and outside.

What a great white swirl thermal coffee server and has a nice handle on the back of it so you can carry it around in the coffee pours out really nice and smooth flow.
