This is a great soft serve machine, once you learn the in’s and out’s of it. One problem I had was there was not enough education initially. And the material that was provided wasn’t very good either. It didn’t explain a lot of things. I will say, the customer support, is the best I’ve ever had. Stacy from Spaceman was very professional most importantly exhibited tons of patience with me while I learned this system.

The Spaceman 6235 has been a welcome addition. This was easy to set up, easy to clean, and easy for employees to use. There are many documents that cover all the basics. It is been 3 weeks, but everything is working well.

Even though there were some issues at first. Spaceman was very helpful in addressing and correcting them. They have been diligent on follow up to ensure my satisfaction. . We have now been using the machine for the last few months without any Issues. The machine has proven to be dependable and easy to clean. Our customers seem to be enjoying it.
